Haruhoo Resort ISHIGAKI

I stayed one night because I was attracted by the hotel's large public bath, which is rare in Ishigaki. The 90-minute private bath allowed me to relax. The bath was very clean, and the hot water felt great. There was also a sauna, so I was able to enjoy an open-air bath while looking out at the ocean, which was a truly luxurious experience. The open-air bath was lukewarm, but they provided ice to adjust the temperature. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, and I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the extensive amenities, minibar in the refrigerator, and insect repellent. I was also able to freely access the rooftop, so I was able to see the stars from there at night, which was a great experience. I've stayed in several hotels in town, but this one felt better than the price. I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Ishigaki.

After much searching, I found this gem. Friendly staff, a stunning rooftop, and a room with a breathtaking view. Highly recommended for those who are tired of hotel rooms and enjoy gazing at the night sky. Pros: Spacious rooms, stunning ocean views from all rooms. Friendly staff. One welcome drink per person per day. You can go up to the rooftop at night to stargaze. Hot water in the bathroom. Good air conditioning in the room. Cons: It's eco-friendly, so there are a few salamanders. No TV. A bit far from downtown. No breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

A stay at Harufu Resort in the tranquility of Ishigaki Island was truly delightful. The rooms were sophisticatedly designed, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful contrast of sea and sky from the windows. The staff were kind and answered all questions thoroughly, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast consisted of individually prepared menus featuring dishes made with fresh local ingredients, a perfect start to the day. The resort was always clean, and there was a relaxing pool. I can't wait to return to Ishigaki Island.

The view from the balcony and the bath were all amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and I had a very comfortable stay. 🥰! Since it was the New Year's holiday, they even served us osechi (New Year's feast) and toshikoshi soba noodles! !! This is a truly heartwarming hotel. I visit Ishigaki Island many times every year, and I'd love to stay at this hotel again in the future! !! Thank you very much! 😊

Rooms are old but large. Exceölent position to each other that prevents view by neighbours. Low rating due to some smell in the room, maybe mold from the air condition or aerator. Furniture nice and old-fashioned. Water table in the room can only be used when sitting. Location outside required mobility by car, taxi or bus.
