★★☆☆☆

I will give my low rating for a few reasons. First it felt really bad to get kicked out at 9:15pm when the closing time is supposed to be 10pm. Next, the shampoo is very bad quality so I recommend bringing your own, there is no conditioner. Also, the water used for washing feels very dirty and left a bad feeling on the skin and hair? Everything needs extra to pay, including the locker for your shoes, belongings, hair dryer ect, and they are raising the prices soon. And lastly all the electrical outlets are blocked so you cannot charge your smartphone while relaxing. However the baths were numerous, many different temperatures. A sauna and steam room, but the machine in the steam room is so loud your ears might bleed. There are also laying down baths, jets, and the strong back jet for a good massage. It was very big and not many people in the evening on a weekend. The meal set is only ¥400 extra to the bathing ticket and very filling and delicious.

Very nice water! The water was silky and had a high content of minerals. Had at least 5 indoor pool and 3 outdoor pool. Some smelled a slight chlorine/sulfur while another one smelled slight iron/ferry. I even tasted the onsen water and it was medium salty! This onsen was clean and facility was well kept. Not a 5 star but definitely a 4 star. It even has family pool for rent. The cafeteria food is typical, descent food for a great price. I would recommend anyone to visit.

Really nice onsen to visit if you are in the area. I have family nearby so I go here frequently. Nice cafeteria serving Japanese standards at reasonable prices. My favorite is the nap room where you can have a brief snooze after your bath and a beer.

This Onsen is one of, if not the best in the area. 16 different pools, indoors and outdoors. They also have great affordable food options and is clean and well maintained.

Great local onsen near Arita! Wide variety of outdoor and indoor settings with sauna and steam. Do visit if in town :)
