The day service was closed over the New Year's holiday, so I took my poor wheelchair-bound father, who had been without a bath for a long time, for a day trip. I used to use the facility often when it was operated by Irago View Hotel, but it's been a while since my last visit. I made a mistake when making my reservation over the phone, so the private bath I had reserved was assigned to a general family bath, but the male staff at the front desk handled the situation efficiently and allowed us to use it. Previously, it was a 90-minute bath, but now it's 120 minutes, making it even easier to use. (My father is hemiplegic, so thanks to this, he was able to get changed by himself as part of his rehabilitation!) It's a very convenient place for families providing care. I'd like to come again to see my father's smile. ------- It's been a while since I last came. I really wanted to come on New Year's Day, but it's a popular facility, so I was late in making my reservation. 😅 (Sorry, Dad.) You'll have two full hours this time, so please try to get changed by yourself if possible!!

I used this place once a year for a day trip for lunch. Made a reservation for 12:00 on a Saturday in July, and a large group arrived around 12:30. It's usually packed with kids in the summer, but it seemed less crowded than during Obon. The buffet was nice because it was summer, and they had melon soft serve ice cream. It was super sweet. You get one face towel and one bath towel at the entrance on the first floor. I don't really get the smooth feeling of Refa, though, lol

It was my first time staying here in over 10 years, and I was surprised to see the hot spring water gushing forth! The view from the open-air bath is as amazing as ever, and I was especially happy that the shower heads in the men's bath were ReFa fine bubble showers! My only complaint is that the carbonated spring tub room was incredibly steamy, with water dripping from the ceiling in an incredible amount. I wonder if the ventilation fan wasn't working? I was worried that the ceiling would rust and fall over time. After my bath, I relaxed with cake and coffee at Salas Cafe, and my body stayed warm the whole time! I was also happy that they gave me a 500 yen discount for signing up with LINE, and it seems they also offer discounts with JAF cards? I'd definitely like to stay overnight next time!

I visited for a day trip to the hot springs. The view from the open-air bath is unforgettable. It reminded me of the ocean I once visited overseas, and I felt refreshed and glad to be alive. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Irago. I thought it would be expensive because the view is so spectacular, but the accommodation fee was not so expensive, so I would like to stay there next time.

For 1,600 yen, this hot spring is definitely worth it. If you go at the wrong time, you'll end up overlapping with hotel guests and it'll get crowded. The water dispenser is so slow that it gets crowded. There's an outdoor area to relax after the sauna, but in winter, the wind is so strong that it quickly gets cold and you could catch a cold. They should make a place to sit inside in winter!
