Kamaburo

The entrance is a short climb up a slope. You put your shoes in the shoe locker and buy a ticket from the vending machine. The sauna costs an additional 250 yen and includes a bath towel, small towel, and sauna mat. You exchange your ticket and shoe tag for a towel set and a locker key. Use the locker corresponding to the number on your key. The reception desk is staffed by a woman on the right. She kindly prepared two locker keys for me, as I had a lot of luggage. Very thoughtful! There are about 60 lockers. It's bustling with customers coming and going. There are four baths in total. At the far left is a micro-bubble bath with two reclining baths (43℃), across the corridor is a spacious germanium bath (deep and shallow, gauge malfunction, around 43℃), and to the right of the entrance is a natural hot spring (gauge malfunction, felt like around 41℃). There's also a cold bath (23℃). The most distinctive feature of this bath is the fish tank located to the right of the germanium bath, allowing you to enjoy watching fish while you bathe. However, I worry that the water temperature needs to be lowered a bit so that children can enjoy it. Perhaps the natural hot spring would be better for children. The natural hot spring water wasn't black, but rather a slightly cloudy, milky white. It tasted salty, so it's definitely hot spring water! The water quality might be similar to the natural hot spring at Hinode Bath Center. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and foaming face wash are provided for free use. The sauna is located on the mezzanine level, accessed by stairs between the reclining bath and the germanium bath. The mezzanine level has a body scrub area, sauna, cold plunge pool, and three faucets. The sauna temperature is a relatively low 84°C, but because it's a gas infrared sauna, the perceived temperature is said to be about 10-20°C higher. Indeed, it's not stifling, yet you sweat a lot. The sauna is large enough for more than 16 people and has a television. The changing room had a Hoshizaki water dispenser, and there were five hair dryers available for free. There were also two massage chairs (for a fee). It was a public bath that really gave off the feeling of "We want our customers!" Regarding parking, there are six spaces available for free. However, because you have to go through a narrow road as shown in the picture, larger cars might have difficulty getting there.

June 24, 2025 Today's public bath is here 😃 I wanted to take a bath in the hot spring, so I searched on Google Maps❗ Having a parking lot is essential 😃 The parking lot is at the end of an alley next to the Kamaburo Onsen building (about 50m away, cars can't go through) and can accommodate about 6 cars. When I arrived, it was full 💧 I had no choice but to wait, and after about 10 minutes the previous customer left ✨ I parked my car safely and entered the bath 😃 You buy a ticket, hand over the key to the shoe locker, and are given a key to the changing locker. The changing room is spacious and there's a free hair dryer too✨There are plenty of washing areas, hot and dark hot spring water, a sauna, and a cold bath✨I don't like saunas myself, but recently I've been into getting into cold baths after warming up in the hot water✨I used to be scared that I'd cum if I got into a cold bath (lol), but the thermometer in this cold bath reads 20°C, which is very comfortable✨Oh, by the way, the bathtub is a natural hot spring, and it's shallow at the front and deep at the back, but the first step continues all the way to the deep end (you can't see it because it's murky💧). I hit my shin hard on the corner of the step and it started bleeding💧Please be careful everyone❗Anyway, it was a very relaxing bathhouse☺️

Some of the regular customers 💦 wash their heads and bodies before soaking in the bath. I think it's good bathhouse etiquette 💦 When I got out of the bath to take a shower, they said, "Oh! I'm there!" and put their toiletries down and got in the bath. I was so pissed 💢 I had to endure it 💦 Even though there were warning signs inside the bath 💦 They must have been coming here for decades 💦 It must be annoying when they do this when it's crowded 💦 The baths are clean and I love this bathhouse. I hope everyone can use it comfortably. Because it's a local spot, it's often used by people over there, but everyone there has good manners! Kamaburo-san. When you come to clean up the bathhouse during business hours, I hope you'll ask customers not to save spots. I love Kamaburo ♨️, so I'll come again 😊

Once you get hooked, you'll do it to the fullest: the Ota Ward/Kawasaki Public Bath Stamp Rally! Today, as usual, I headed to Kamaburo Onsen! The bathroom has large tubs, including lukewarm water, a jet bath, and medicinal baths made with natural hot spring water. The two-tiered sauna room can accommodate about 12 people and is 85 degrees, so you'll be thoroughly sweating on the upper tier. The cold water bath is 20 degrees, but with the vibrations on, it feels like a comfortable 18 degrees. There's no outdoor bathing space, but there's a bench in the changing room, so it feels more like an indoor bath. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided! I'd say it's neither good nor bad.

Lots of character & characters here😅 Anyways it has a sauna and cold bath so that’s what I go for usually. Just checked this place out as the place I was going to was closed. It’s ¥500 and ¥250 for a little sauna towel if you want to use it. The old speaker in the sauna was at an ear splitting level😂 Super friendly staff and clean enough.
