Currently, Fujiya Ryokan is the only Ryokan in Kawasaki Onsen. Ishiyama Ryokan has gone out of business. A drop-in bath at Fujiya Ryokan costs 400 yen. It is recommended for families, women, and those traveling with children. The bathtub is large enough to swim in, so you can relax in it. The changing rooms are also very clean. The water is soft and refreshing. There is also ample parking. There are occasional closing days, so please call in advance to check. We also recommend the light Chinese noodles at nearby Yabusoba for 550 yen.

Day trip bathing. Bath towel rental was 200 yen, and face towel purchase was 150 yen. The quality of the hot spring water was simple and very good.

I love the country living, so relaxed and peaceful, not like Tokyo and the people are so friendly and helpful

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
