Many different types of bath, outside there is lie down, sit, stone, bucket, silk micro bubble, and inside there is a sauna, cold bath, body temperature bath, jet, electric (which massages) and carbon (?) bath. You can also get your body scrubbed and other body care for a price. For extra you can also get entrance into some saunas upstairs. There is a manga section, massage chairs, rest area, restaurant, and juice/ice cream bar. Great value and ample free parking.

I've been to better 'super sento', but this one is pretty cheap and opens early and closes very late. Good variety of baths that will get the job done if you're weary or dirty, but no reason to make a special trip. Also, a Japanese comment here mentioned cleanliness -- it is by no means filthy but I didn't see any staff cleaning while I was there and there was a used band-aid right next to my head where I was sitting at one point.

One of my favorite onsens in Iwate. They have so many types of baths including a variety of outdoor ones which are wonderful in every season. After you bathe you can switch into the provided tee shirt and shorts and head up to the top floor for dry saunas, a reading and resting room, and an outdoor deck. If you like Korean style bath houses, this is very similar and you’ll have a good time.

Nice bathhouse, very affordable, with a variety of different pools with different temperatures and features. We couldn't take the kids to the lounge, unfortunately. We ate in the restaurant, though, and the food was terrific. My wife and I had the special, which was several side dishes, great vegetables, some fried fish, sushi rice, and clams.

Very nice spa with separate bathing areas for men and women. Rest of the spa (stone relaxation zone etc is mixed). The staff was very helpful and had cards prepared in English to communicate with non-Japanese speakers. The price is very affordable and the infrastructure is kept in a very good shape.
