Return visit Comfortable! The best! Very relaxing. The location of the open-air bath is also great. There are only dead leaves on the ground, and no bugs. It seems like a safe place to come at night. The parking lot was quite crowded, but the bath was empty. Everyone was quiet and well-behaved. I love baths, and in Chiba, Mori no Yu is a particular recommendation. In conclusion, I'm so glad I went!!! It was so, so good!!! There's a dedicated coin parking lot right in front of Mori no Yu. Pay 800 yen in advance, get a receipt, and present it at the reception desk for a 400 yen cash back. The relaxing space and the locker atmosphere are also top-notch! There's only one indoor bath, but it's nice and hot. There were quite a few showers. The outdoor bath also had a hot jacuzzi. There was a dokudami bath at the back. It might be cold in the middle of winter, as you'll have to walk around slowly. The cave bath was absolutely amazing. It was also hot. Personally, I don't like lukewarm water, so I loved Mori no Yu! The tanuki soba noodles were delicious. The menu could use a few more bread options and lighter pasta dishes. The dessert menu was also limited. This was my first time using Yogibo. It felt so good! I had no idea it was like that! The smoking area is near the reception desk. I've read reviews saying it's a bit pricey, but I think it's a fair price compared to the public baths. You can use it with peace of mind.

Not friendly for family with a baby below 3 year’s old. The baby bath means wash bowl. You are not allowed to take baby to take a bath with parents. But it is a high level hot spring for couples for a date. Spacious, great new outdoor onsen and not crowded even on new years day. 2,200 yen entrance. Unfortunately tattoos are not allowed. Also my silver bracelet turned black in the water but I was able to bring back the color with baking soda, aluminum foil and boiling water.

Not sure why people gave low ratings but this is a really lovely onsen. The staff are attentive and helpful. The baths are really nice, the restaurant is lovely and our visit was great. I hope it's successful.

The best onsen around. Most of the baths are outside. They do have a jacuzzi. It’s nice place to relax and enjoy some food and nice clean relaxing water.
