If there are too many guests, it can be difficult to accommodate everyone, but when I went before 7pm on a weekday, there were two other people there before me. They took turns, allowing me to enjoy the famous hot springs alone. The water quality of the shower in the washing area is good. The hot spring is colorless and transparent, but the spring quality is good. There is only enough space for two people to wash. The bathtub could probably fit six people if we packed in, but I don't like being too crowded, so I prefer to bathe with at least three people. Therefore, although the capacity is six people, it is best to have two or three people in at a time. There is no jet bath or electric bath, so it is more suited to people who simply love hot springs. I would rather come with one or two people than with the whole family. The soba noodles were thin, and went well with zaru soba noodles. Next time, I'll have zaru soba noodles. It was disappointing that the rice dishes (inari sushi, sushi rolls, etc.) were sold out after 7pm. The facility is beautiful, and I recommend it for hot spring lovers visiting alone. You can relax when it's not crowded.

The location and appearance of this hot spring make it feel like a hidden gem. Since the famous Yupika hot spring is nearby, many people go there, so it's relatively empty, but the capacity is small! There are only two washing areas and one indoor bath that can fit four or five people, but the water quality is quite good! The food is also delicious, making it a great bathing facility! Because of its small capacity, it's not a good place to be when it's crowded, so it's recommended to visit when it's not crowded. The hot spring has a smooth, glossy, beauty-inducing quality! Bath Fee Adults (middle school students and older): ¥800 Children (elementary school students): ¥400 Toddlers: Free Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (reception until 7:30 PM) Closed: Tuesdays and Wednesdays Free parking Dining area Drink vending machines Shampoo and body soap provided This historic hot spring first emerged in 1582. The current facility was originally built in 1995 as a senior citizens' meeting facility. It closed in 2010 and reopened as a tourist attraction in 2018. It is now a day-trip hot spring bathing facility.

First, please note that the hot spring is "very small." The facility itself is new and clean, but both the changing room and the bathtub are small. There is no open-air bath or sauna. Furthermore, there are only two washing areas, so it's bound to be inconvenient if you come with a large group, and even if you don't, you'll have to be careful if there are other guests ahead of you. The spring quality is good, but this is something to be aware of. The main attraction here is the attached soba restaurant. You can try 100% buckwheat soba, and it tastes pretty good. Many people come just for that. You can also buy ancient rice and dried soba noodles to take home. So, overall, there are pros and cons. While it is a valuable facility, if you're looking for a spacious place, I recommend Yupika, Pokapo, Yuan, or Yokatan in the area.

I visited on a rainy Saturday evening ♨️ This is a small bath near Onomachi Station. There are two wash areas and one bathtub. It seems like it would be filled up with about five people. But I was lucky with the timing, and everyone was able to take turns bathing, so I even had some time to enjoy the bath by myself 🙆♀️ The water was a bit bitter, salty, and slimy ♨️ I love beauty baths, don't you think? ♡ There were two hair dryers and one sink. It was comfortable with an air conditioner and fan 😊 You can drink the water from the cafeteria ✨ I went alone, so I didn't have the courage to order soba noodles in the empty cafeteria 💦 I really wanted soba noodles ( ̄▽ ̄;) The soba restaurant at Onomachi Station was so popular that there were wait times, so I'll try it next time (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

I went back after a long time, and the female staff member was terrible. 💢 The women's side was crowded, so they indirectly told the customer to leave... Huh?!! I managed to get in, but later I heard that an elderly person who had been in before me had been in the bath the whole time! Wouldn't it have been easier if the staff had just told the long-staying bather to let go first? The newly renovated Kuwaya Onsen ♨️ I loved the old, rundown bath, but it's still a wonderful hot spring, even after the renovation. There's only one bathtub and two washing areas, so if you want to try a variety of baths, you won't be satisfied. I recommend the nearby Hakuundani Onsen Yupika. Also, you can eat soba noodles at the popular Platt Kisumino! It might be a hidden gem, lol.
