LeFuro Kamakura

This was my first time here. I went into the hot springs, which were covered in heated stones and filled with steam. I went in and out several times to warm my body. I felt my internal organs get incredibly warm too. I love hot springs and go there often, but I think this is even better than hot springs in terms of warming the body from the inside out. It felt really good. What's particularly noteworthy is after I got home. My body felt warm from the inside out, lasting until the night and the next day. When I looked in the mirror, my skin looked completely different too. I'd been overeating lately, but for some reason, after going to Le Flo I felt satisfied and ate less. I'd like to go again.
It's a quiet place like a hidden salon, and the manager and staff were very polite. You get your own spot in the mist sauna area, which is very relaxing. You sweat a lot, but it feels lighter than a regular sauna. After finishing, my body temperature had risen by 1 degree, my body felt lighter and refreshed, and I really felt the effects of the minerals and stones. I'd like to go again.
I made a reservation and visited on a weekday. It was my first time, but the staff explained everything to me carefully, so I felt at ease when I went in. The rest room was clean and had a calming atmosphere, so I was able to relax very well. The mineral mist was so refreshing that I felt lighter on the way home! I'd definitely like to visit again.
It’s definitely been a while since a passerby male stopped to look back at me. I credit it to the the feeling of absolute joy and relaxation after LeFuro. And man! Did I look good afterwards! Little pebbles and steamy sauna make wonders. Loved the mineral drink and a very spacious atmosphere. Got a ticket for 3 visits to be back! Thank you!
[Sports Log Review #1870] Touji. It's called thermotherapy, and it's different from both a bedrock bath and a steam sauna. It thoroughly raises your internal temperature, promoting a variety of benefits. It's addictive. It's a hidden gem...or rather, it has a somewhat obscure feel, so I wish it was more widely known.
