Mago Hot Spring

I went to Margo no Yu in Seki City for the first time with a close friend. ♨️ It was late afternoon on Tuesday, December 30th, so I thought it would be packed, but luckily the parking lot was open. ☺️ Lucky me! 🎶 I bought a hot spring + stone bath package for ¥1,300 from the vending machine at the entrance. The facility was empty. I took a bath before the stone bath. ♨️ The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were herbal, so the scent was soothing. There were only two stone bath rooms, surprisingly... 😳💧 There were many people resting, so there were hardly any people using the stone bath, and it was nice to have the place all to ourselves. There was an event going on, so we had the opportunity to try the loyly sauna in the sauna starting at 4 PM. I'm also grateful to the female staff member who was sweating profusely, but still carefully explained everything and provided helpful instructions. ☺️🙏🏼 I broke out into a profuse sweat and my body warmed up instantly. It felt so good. ☺️💦 I was able to detox, my face was bright red, and I felt warmed to the bone. ☺️✨

The hot stone bath and bathing fee is 1,300 yen on weekends and holidays. Not exactly cheap 😅 You can bring your own water 💧 But the guy who did the loyly was really nice, and it was worth it ☺️ The hot stone bath, hot spring, and sauna are all quite spacious, to say the least. It gets really crowded depending on the day and time of day. But instead of limiting the number of people allowed in, they offer multiple loyly sessions. The 26th of every month is an event day, with free towel changes, tea distribution, and free weekday hot stone bath tickets! They even hand out chocolates on Valentine's Day and White Day! This is how they want to entertain their customers, no matter what day it is! It was a hot spring filled with that kind of enthusiasm ♨️ As I've said many times before, it's not cheap, to say the least. You might be better off eating outside. Still, it's a good idea to go to a hot spring that includes the hot stone bath! Regular loyly sessions are three times a day! Check the times and enjoy!

I went on November 12, 2025. This is a chain hot spring located on the premises of a large shopping mall. On weekdays, admission is 800 yen per adult. Cash and QR codes are accepted. I went around 4pm so it wasn't crowded. The building has a typical layout for a chain of hot springs. The first floor has a rest area, restaurant, massage parlors, etc. The baths are on the second floor. The changing rooms and washrooms are spacious, and the indoor bath area has a silky bath, sauna, and cold bath, as well as an open-air bath with carbonated spring water, seasonal baths, a reclining bath, and a tub bath, so you can soak in a variety of baths. It doesn't stand out in any particular way and feels like a typical chain. It's located in the city, so it's easy to access.

A wonderful hot bath house with many different types of baths to try both indoors and outdoors. Also a sauna and flint stone sauna. On the ground floor is a rest area and restaurants. Enjoy a cold beer after a long hot soak in the baths!

I absolutely loved this place. There's a fantastic selection of baths, and the downstairs restaurant was very impressive! To top it off, you can get a scoop of ice cream for ¥150, which is amazing after a bath.
