"Megumi no Yu" offers herbal medicinal baths♪ This soothing hot spring offers both a nostalgic public bathhouse feel and a stylish, super-sento experience. The indoor bath is a little small, but offers several types of hot springs, including plain water and bubble baths, while the open-air bath offers a medicinal herb bath. The indoor bath and showers retain the feel of a traditional public bathhouse (the showers in particular deserve a renovation, lol), but the open-air bath has a very stylish feel, with muted wood used for separation and tarps and plants. The different atmospheres inside and outside make this a doubly enjoyable hot spring experience♪ Also, there's a massage parlor on-site, and if you use the massage service, the price is included in the bath admission fee, so I think it's a better deal. (The entrance fee includes use of the hot spring and sauna, but it's a bit pricey...) Also, the massage, once your circulation has been improved by the herbal bath, is extremely effective, so I personally recommend it♪ Notes... ❈ A 100 yen fee is required to use the shoe locker, so please prepare it in advance m(_ _)m ❈ If you're using a massage, you must first pay and get a ticket at the ticket machine, then take it to reception to make a reservation at your destination. If you're only using the bath, do you enter through a gate similar to the automatic ticket gates at train stations? ? (It's a new facility, so I haven't used it yet, so I apologize for the lack of information m(_ _)m) ❈ Parking is free on the store premises. ❈ The facility doesn't have a sign facing the street, so it may be a little difficult to find. Megumi no Yu in Kakamigahara. I go there about twice a month. It's very popular on weekends, and both the parking lot and the sauna are packed. Recently, I've been going more often on weekday afternoons, so there are fewer customers and the baths and saunas are empty. First, you pay at the ticket machine. You can choose any available locker in the changing room to use. The bath is tiled, giving it the feel of a retro public bathhouse. After washing and getting clean, I first take a bubble bath to warm myself up. Next, I go to the very popular loyly sauna. The sauna here is humid and moist. My body feels warm and I sweat profusely. The TV is muted, so I can enjoy the sauna in silence. Next is the cold bath. The water temperature is around 17 to 22 degrees Celsius, and it's characterized by its softness. It's a very pleasant cold bath. Next, I relaxed on an open-air chaise lounge. There are five chaise lounges in the women's bath, but when it's crowded, you may have to wait in line for one. It's a bit of a shame that on rainy days you get wet even when bathing on a chaise lounge. I wish they'd install a roof. After a couple of sauna sessions, I enjoyed the baths. My bath time came to an end with a relaxing soak in the herbal bath and ramune water. After my bath, I checked out the vegetables, fruits, and bath products that were on sale. Every time I go to Megumi no Yu, I buy tofu from Adachi Tofu Shop. This tofu is delicious. After a little shopping and a relaxing break in front of the fireplace, my bath time came to an end.

I love herbs, and the moment I walked through the entrance, I was greeted by the soothing scent of them (geraniums were burning that day), and I was instantly enveloped in a sense of happiness. In front of the front desk, there were a variety of herbal bath additives and scented goods for sale, which was exciting. The interior of the changing rooms was also bright and clean. I particularly liked the spacious sauna, with its pleasant herbal scent. The balance of humidity and temperature was perfect, allowing me to sweat profusely from the first time. The cold bath was filled with soft underground water, and the water temperature was 17-20°C, a pleasant coolness that didn't hurt, and personally, just the right temperature. I also appreciated the thoughtful provision of hooks for sauna hats. The herbal floating bath area in the outdoor space was just the right depth, and was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. With tasteful jazz playing in the lobby and the beautiful wood-burning flames in the fireplace adding a warmth and a soothing glow, I enjoyed a very pleasant bath time. I'll definitely come back when I need some pampering! ☆ I gave it four stars because there were no tissues in the changing room, so I couldn't wipe off hair that fell on the vanity or dirt left behind by other people. I deducted one star in the hope that they would provide tissues. Other than that, everything else was great! ☆

A super public bathhouse in the city. It feels like one of those old-fashioned spa baths you see often these days, rebuilt for sauna-goers. Herbal bottles are lined up in front of the lobby, and a sauna promotion is playing on the TV. It's clear that they're promoting herbs and saunas. The lockers feel quite old. There's a bench in one part of the surrounding washing area, which is nice for indoor bathing, and the open-air bath is also lined with a decent number of comfortable chairs and couches. The sauna is spacious and can seat a fair number of people. The TV volume is kept to a minimum, which is great. It's not scorching hot, but it does make you sweat. However, I didn't really get the herbal flavor that you'd call an herbal loyly. I didn't get much of a sleep bath or carbonated spring, and I began to wonder if I had a problem with my nose. The cold bath feels great. It's not piercingly cold, but rather feels like you're being enveloped in a mellow, gentle sensation. Even beginners would be able to enjoy it. This was my first time experiencing the Hagoromo effect. Perhaps because they prioritize fashion and relaxation, there is no menu in the dining room, so you have to buy your tickets from the ticket machine, which is a bit disappointing. However, the sofa seats were relaxing. I wasn't hungry today, so I didn't eat, but next time I'd like to try curry.

"Illegal Herb Sauna at a Herb-Specializing Facility" The entrance reveals a stylish facility. Bottled herbs lined up behind a round glass window. This herb-specializing facility is the only one of its kind (as far as I know), with its own herb farm right next to the premises. The faint scent of herbs wafts through the bathroom. Attracted by the scent, I dizzy. A carbonated herbal spring with medicinal herbs floating in it. The mugwort herbal bath is lukewarm, and I fall asleep in no time. The saunas are also herbal saunas. A large, far-infrared box-shaped one and one with stones. Herbs are hanging above the stone stove, so the scent of medicinal herbs fills the air. A sign at the entrance lists the loyly schedule, scheduled every hour, but they always start immediately. Every 10 minutes or so? So the temperature isn't that high, and there's quite a bit of humidity, so the conditions are good. The cold bath is flowing with underground water, and it's interesting to see how the temperature changes depending on the location. You can dive in. After the cold bath, you can also lie down in a mugwort herb bath. It's really good. The food was delicious, too. It's a really great facility.
