Mountain village with a centuries-old hot spring spa, riverside paths & bars in historic houses.
Perhaps because it's the low season, there weren't many people this time, and the entire hot spring area was very quiet and relaxing. Because there weren't many people, it actually felt more comfortable. There was an extra Christmas light and music show in the evening, which was great!

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and it was so beautiful. The town was truly beautiful with a river flowing through the middle.
It wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Walking along the riverbank can be slippery. I think a warning sign would be a good idea.
