This spa doesn't really advertise itself as a hot spring, and it's not at all commercial, but it was a very relaxing place to stay. There was a sign on the main road, but the area near the entrance was so large that I had to search for the hot spring facilities. The changing room is basically a basket where you put your clothes. There are 100-yen returnable lockers, but they're very small and only fit valuables. The sauna is not large, with a capacity of six people, but it was very empty so there was no waiting line. The cold bath is deep and the temperature is set so you can soak for a long time. There are about three fixed chairs in the open-air bathing area. There was only one straight chair with a back, which is common. The lounge has a spacious table with a great view. Food is purchased with meal tickets, but is served in the order in which the tickets were received, regardless of the menu. Even if you just order a drink, you may have to wait a long time depending on how busy it is.

There were a few people with Japanese tattoos in the men's bath, but they didn't seem to be bothering anyone so I ignored them.The hot spring water was great, warming you from the inside out, and you'd be sweating even while relaxing in the lounge after getting out of the bath. The shoe lockers and lockers in the bathroom are 100 yen returnable, so it's reassuring. The facilities within the facility are also well managed, giving it the feel of a public hot spring. The facility is in an area where you wouldn't expect to find a hot spring, so even when I was relying on my car navigation system to get there I wondered if I was on the right path, but it was definitely right on the map and navigation system, so there was no need to worry.

I stopped by on my way back from seeing the autumn leaves. The nearby hot spring accommodation wasn't open for day trips, so I chose this one. The place was well-cleaned, the facilities were new, and it was comfortable. The hot spring was colorless, transparent, and odorless, so it didn't really feel like a hot spring, but there was a jacuzzi, open-air bath, sauna, etc., and the water temperature was just right, so it was refreshing. It was the autumn foliage season, so the view from the window was also beautiful. Payment was cash only. The shoe lockers and locker rooms require you to put in a 100 yen coin and return later, so it's a good idea to have two 100 yen coins on hand.

I'm a heavy user and use it every day. I've been to many hot springs and public baths, but honestly, this is the best. The price is a maximum of 800 yen, which is an incredible price for a natural hot spring. I mainly use the sauna, and the temperature in the room is just right at 80-90°C, so it's the best. You can bathe while watching the insects sing in the summer and the snow in the winter. On weekends, it gets so crowded that the parking lot fills up, so if you want to bathe when there are fewer people, I recommend going after 5pm on a weekday. The water quality is also excellent. It's also great that anyone can use it!!

A day-trip bathing facility. On holidays, the price is 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children from elementary school age to 3 years old. After 4pm, the price drops to 600 yen and 300 yen, respectively. The water is a sodium calcium sulfate spring, which is colorless, transparent, and has almost no odor. It has a slight chlorine odor due to the heated circulation. When you enter the water, it is thick and soft, and your naked body feels smooth. I think the concentration of the hot spring is low. There is an open-air bath, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. The facility also has a rest area and a restaurant.
