This hot spring uses heated cold mineral water, so the water feels lukewarm but warms you to the core. There's also a rest area where you can relax (quite a few elderly people were relaxing there).
Very nice onsen with a calm natural atmosphere and a small river nearby. Perfect for relaxation. There’s also a mini store for cup noodles, drinks, and souvenirs. Highly recommended!
There was a signpost at a bend in the road, and I finally arrived. The hot spring was wonderful; I felt refreshed after my bath.
The quality of the hot spring water is excellent.
Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
