It's less than a 10-minute walk from Outlet Mall Kadoma. Once you turn one block west from the Kinki Expressway, the atmosphere changes completely, reminiscent of a Showa-era back alley. It's a little unsettling, but once you enter, your fears become unfounded. The space is bright and clean overall. The changing room and bathroom are well-balanced. The bathroom has 18 faucets, six of which are conveniently equipped with hose-type showers. The baths include shallow baths, deep baths, salt baths (with barely any noticeable salt), reclining baths, electric baths, massage baths, and semi-private half-body baths and cold baths. There is a fee for using the sauna. The cold bath is quite cold, around 15-17°C. The men's half-body bath probably isn't needed (this is purely my personal opinion). There is parking for about four cars, but it's a little far away and difficult to find. Heading south to north on the Kinki Expressway service road, turn left immediately after passing the Toyoko Inn.

There are standard baths (deep and shallow), a salt bath, a beauty bath, a reclining bath, a half-body bath, a cold bath, and a sauna (fees apply). The standard bath is a little hot, but not too hot for Edo-style bathing. There were only about five customers, so I was able to relax. According to other reviews, the bathhouse has been renovated once, and while it certainly has a Showa-era feel, the interior is quite nice. The restrooms are Western-style. There are four parking spaces a little further away, but I couldn't find them on my first visit, so I ended up using the parking lot. The owner at the front desk told me where it was, but I've included a picture (map) just in case anyone else ends up in the same situation. There is two-way traffic around the site, but it's very narrow, only about 1.5 cars wide, so be careful. It feels like 92°C, and is very effective. The two levels can accommodate six people, but the comfortable temperature is only for four. It's not a particularly large space, but it's quite cozy. There's a TV, and sauna mats are provided for the backrests. ■Cold Bath Very cold Can accommodate two people ■No open-air bath No open-air bath ■Overall Review I didn't have high expectations because the neighboring houses are in a shabby neighborhood, but the bathhouse is bright, very clean, and very tidy. The sauna is very effective. The mirror in the changing room allows you to see into the women's changing room, so this should be improved.

This public bathhouse has a name that makes you wonder, "Is it National because it's in Kadoma?" The surrounding area has a distinctly Showa-era atmosphere. Although this bathhouse is an older facility, it's clean. Upon entering, there's a reception desk in the center, but the relatively spacious anteroom has three massage chairs, as well as chairs around a television. Elderly men who have just finished their baths are chatting while drinking fruit milk, creating a relaxed atmosphere. For an additional 100 yen, you can borrow a bath towel and enter the sauna. It's a very reasonable price. The baths are all well-equipped. Unusually for a public bathhouse, it has a cold bath that maintains a low temperature, and a salt bath. You can enjoy an endless loop of sauna, cold bath, and salt bath.
