Contrary to many comments that I saw here in the past, tattoes are NOT allowed in here!! (I am a french tourist who came today, November 13th 2025) Maybe this is a recent desicion because when I checked a few weeks ago to plan my trip, comments were saying it was fine to have tattoes. Now a sign is right at the entrance inviting people with tattoes to leave. I'm quite disappointed because to my knowledge this onsen was one of the only authentic looking onsens allowing tattoes. I am not criticizing this decision but in case someone having tattoes is reading this, be aware of this recent change, I would have loved to be aware of this policy change sooner... Otherwise the receptionist was very polite and professional.

This was my second Onsen experience and luckily it was not my first. I think I would have been disappointed. It was more expensive then the first Onsen I visited, soap was not for free and it has passed its best years some time ago. It was not dirty but could have been cleaner. Besides this it has the facilities you expect in an Onsen and was not too crowded.

Enjoyed my first onsen experience in Japan. The baths were nice and not too crowded. Locker room and pools looked clean. Only difficulty was that the entrance fee was vending machine only and there is not an English option. So I was a little confused how to get my ticket and did not end up getting soap or a towel. This onsen is convenient by train station.

When we were there unfortunately the restaurant was close. It is definetly not the best onsen if you want good baths and bath massages, but it has a great outside pool that has a good atmosphere. And the water quality is very good, it makes your skin very soft... With membership, the price is same with other onsens. Otherwise it is double the price.

Perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Everything is really clean and Well organized. Baths have the perfect temperature and the outside pool is beautiful. I was the only foreigner, so local experience. Restaurant is good as well. Dont forget to bring soap if you dont want to buy. Train station is 5/10 min walk.
