New Chitose Airport Onsen

Rest easy, fly refreshed at Chitose Airport Onsen! I recently stayed overnight at Chitose Airport Onsen with my family to catch an early morning flight, and it was a fantastic experience! The facility is incredibly neat, clean, and well-managed, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by their manager, Mr. Take. He was courteous, caring, and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home. The two rest and relax halls with comfortable reclining chairs were perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. However, be aware that you might lose some sleep if other guests are snoring loudly. Despite the overnight charge of 2000 Yen, the onsen is excellent value for money, especially considering the exorbitant rates of other airport hotels. The simple breakfast and free beverages available all the time were a nice touch and much appreciated. Given that Chitose Domestic Airport closes at 11:30 PM, forcing passengers to vacate the premises, the onsen provides a crucial and convenient option for those critical night hours. Overall, Chitose Airport Onsen is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it for any travelers needing an overnight stay before an early flight.

Oke, for first time it was a little bit surprise knowing that traveler can't stay overnight in area sapporo airport building. We have early morning flight, and it was winter, because we are afraid there will blizzard in the morning so we choose to come night before flight and stay overnight in airport. That's we found that all area in airport will close and we must move out. Luckily the security told us that we can stay in airport onsen in 4th floor. It can be said a little bit like lounge? The facility available are onsen, make up room with amenities and hairdryer, yukata, locker, sleeping chair, full flowing water and breakfast. Breakfast available from 6 am. The onsen consist of 3 pools and many water taps and its stool. If you want a little bit privacy, go to onsen in approx 4~5 AM. It cost 4600 Yen/person if you stay overnight, and I think it was better than to have sleep in hard chair like another airport. It is suitable for visitor with early morning flight

This place have onsen and a place to sleep, it is good if you have to stay overnight at the airport for whatever reason. They have 2 packages, one for onsen only and the others is for overnight stay plus onsen. But the rule here is strange, when you enter you can't get out, if you get out it is over, you can't get in anymore. So if you want snack or anything, you need to get it before checking in. At least they have a free drink for you there, and a cafeteria. The onsen is ok. But the seat for sleep is very hard, and free a bit dirty. They have a room for woman only. But if you are a hard to fall to sleep person or easy to wake up this might not be the best place to get sleep, the snoring form other is quite loud. In the morning they have included breakfast which is just a Onikiri and some selection of bread. If those are not the things that you concern, this place is a nice place.

The fee is worth spending since you get everything you need to spend the night here. I paid ¥4,600 for spending overnight plus extra for what I had from the restaurant which I paid before I left on the checking out machine - They have 5 pools both indoor and outdoor. Dipping yourself in the outdoor ones under the cold weather is superb. - the restaurant give you very big portions and tasty - hot/cold tea and water is provided - what I love the most is separated female relaxing room with many sofas which come with personal TV, power socket, blanket and head cover

The receptionist hotel is very rude to us while we are looking for a room at onsen, the white guy (not japanese people) infront gave us annoying face and when we're questions about some thing we're not understand, he don't want to repeat the question and just ignore us. He will repeat but in rude way, and never show us along the way how to use onsen infrastructure, he should understand we are tourist for sure we're not usual with the place. I'm wrongly put our shoes as we just check in, the tall decent english guy shouted at me and my sister like no manner at all, very terrible service ever, shameless it happen at japan and don't want to stay here anymore whenever i come to hokkaido.
