As a westerner travelling, I thought this Onsen was brilliant. Definitely a place that is not used to tourists but that is why the experience is authentic and unique. A great family focused experience for people of all ages. The baths are fantastic and have many variations, inside and outside options too. All the staff were very friendly and whilst none of them spoke much English they all went out of their way to help. The meals and drinks in the restaurant afterwards were reasonably priced and good quality. Can't really say enough about this place. Just a brilliant experience all round which gives visitors an authentic insight into a part of the local Japanese lifestyle.
Nice local onsen facility! Bath towels and body towels available for rent, free soap, conditioner, and shampoo! Lots of yummy food to try out in the court area outside of the baths. Very cozy、and very friendly staff! The water smelled a little bit like chlorine and I wish the electric bath was a little more clearly marked so I didn’t accidentally shock myself! But overall a very nice facility.
Big and spacious bath. Clean and nice. They have Electric bath ( must-do) , but missing sauna , although they have Turkish bath. Overall very good experience.
A big and clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic restaurant as well.
