Oiden

I used the facility on a Saturday evening. The parking lot is quite large, but there were very few spaces available, so I had to search around and finally found a spot. The entrance guide explained that it was very busy, and there was a guide in the changing room who gave me my key and told me to use that number. There were no spaces available after the two of us, so we had to wait. As expected, there were a lot of people, and it was like washing potatoes... I couldn't find a place to soak as I wanted, so I waited and searched...and finally decided to go back. It was always crowded, and I also tried the restaurant, but it was also a bit of a struggle. There are general and membership fees with various price ranges, so if you visit frequently, it might be more economical to be a member. The restaurant menu had a decent selection, so I was satisfied. However, I ordered a set meal, but one of the dishes from the set menu took a long time to arrive, and they ran out of side dishes, so I had to call in later as I was worried I'd have to order rice, which was disappointing. I imagine the parking lot is large compared to the size of the facility, so it gets crowded easily.

[Manual] After bathing, please dry yourself thoroughly on the mat before going to the changing room. Allow yourself to dry somewhat before going to the locker. I hope that generations unfamiliar with the old-fashioned bathhouses, especially younger groups, will learn proper etiquette. Foreigners tend to be more responsible. I hope that Japanese people who jump into the cold bath after the sauna or who splash water loudly without regard for others will stay away. Revisited When I was asked at reception if I was just going to take a bath, I assumed the sauna on the second floor was unavailable. You can. Mats are stacked inside. Please discard them in a bucket outside when you leave. Revisited The medicinal bath outside was over 43°C. Around 6 PM. Thank you. It seems that young people are using the bathhouse, and there's a wait for the sauna on the second floor. The hot tub is just under 42°C, which isn't enough. I'd like one hotter tub. I'd like to use it again in the future when I can't go home.

I used to go there often when it first opened, but it's been a while since I last visited. There was originally a bike pedaling device in the bathtub, which I thought was quite unusual, but it's gone now, lol. Capitalizing on the sauna boom, the bath has been thoroughly renovated, and there are two types of cold baths: a super-cold single and a regular one, and there's plenty of space for relaxation. Overall, it was great. It was great, but because it's so popular, there are always a lot of people, so I'm not sure if it's comfortable or not, so it's a bit of a dilemma. I'd like to find a time when it's less crowded and use it.

Probably the cheap and best, super-sento(super public bath/onsen) in Toyota area. For less than 700yen, you can enjoy ganban-yoku and the regular onsen and sauna. Also has small collection of popular manga in the launge. There is a haircut saloon, a Japanese restaurant and a massage parlor, massage chairs etc. It's a good spa on a budget.

The spa experience was nice. The Sauna surprised me with it's built-in blower. It felt good for a few seconds but couldn't hold it for a minute or more. It was intense. I'll try the 岩盤ぞーん next time.
