Onsen Balcony Kings and Queens is a very good sauna, with high-quality facilities. I especially loved the saunas themselves, which are well designed and truly enjoyable. One highlight for me was the ability to plunge into cold water, very much like in Finland — a fantastic feature that really elevates the sauna experience. Unfortunately, the place was far too crowded. It was almost impossible to sit in a hot bath, which significantly impacted the overall comfort and relaxation. This level of crowding takes away from what could otherwise be an excellent experience. That said, the quality of the saunas and the cold plunge are strong positives. With better crowd management or during quieter hours, this could be an outstanding place.

Overall this brand new super sento was amazing! It is brand new , really nice inside, and was a lot of fun with so many things to do to relax! The three sauna’s (at different temperatures) felt really good, also the three cold baths were fantastic. I went on a public holiday and the entire spa was really really busy. There was at times a line to get into a shower stall almost the whole time I was there. Despite it being busy, I will definitely return to the spa again :)!

I went with a couple friend and we LOVED our time here! We did the basic entry only but that was still a great time! We loved all the illumination they had outside and inside. The baths were also wonderful! They had many options outside and inside, along with a variety of saunas as well. We had dinner here and the food was good. Definitely worth the price and the bussing system is super convenient as well! We can’t wait to go back!

I have lived in Japan for many years and have gone to many Onsen which were great, but the King and Queen Onsen in Tokorozawa in my opinion is the best I have ever seen. It’s like they added an Amusement Park style, lots of things to do. to the Onsen experience. Simply amazing.

The rooftop’s pretty damn amazing, especially with that dope indirect lighting vibe. On the flip side, the place only has like two rock saunas, which kinda sucks. Plus, some parts of the spot kinda smell funky. But overall, it’s a solid joint.
