We visited Laguna Ten Bosch because we heard it was pet-friendly, and decided to stay there that night as it was pet-friendly! We decided to stay at the inn because it allowed us to bring our toy poodle. We were initially unable to reserve a room for in-room dining, but they notified us immediately when a cancellation came up, which made us very happy. The food was very filling and delicious. The room was clean, and the staff in particular were all very nice. My daughter was delighted when they called out to us just as the Laguna fireworks were going off. The hot springs were also very pleasant. My family has small appetites, so it would be great if they could offer a smaller course meal with high-quality ingredients for the same price. Thank you!

The food was absolutely delicious! We were given an incredible amount of food. The menu was mainly Japanese, and everything was delicious. In the morning, you could help yourself to all the rice accompaniments, including pickles. There was also a drink bar, so it's especially recommended for those looking for a hearty meal. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were very grateful that we could stay with our dog! We were given a dog toy or treat at the start, and dog amenities such as a cage were also provided, so they were very friendly towards pets! Other reviews had mentioned insect infestations, but as far as we could see, we didn't see any of that. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance!

On the winter solstice at the end of the year, I stayed for one night with a no-meal plan in a room with an ocean view to watch the sunrise. I was incredibly satisfied watching the sun rise over the sea. I left my smartwatch in my room when I checked out, and the next day I called to confirm I'd forgotten it. I couldn't pick it up, so I asked them to send me an envelope to put it in, which they did send. However, there was a 40 yen shortfall in the fee, which was a burden to the hotel. I'm grateful to the wonderful staff for sending it along with a thoughtful letter. I'll definitely return for another stay with delicious meals included.

Used it as a day trip hot spring. The baths were old overall and lacked cleanliness. I'm not sure if the hot spring water quality was good, but I imagine all hot springs in Gamagori are like this, but it was so different from the image in the photos that I was more disappointed. I would go if the price was a little cheaper, but given how it was, I think it would be better to go to Meizanso or Nishiura Onsen. The reviews for the food were good, so if it was clean it might not be a bad place, but I was reluctant to go as I had to leave without even being able to use the toilet.

I went for a weekday lunch and bathing plan. I made an online reservation for the specialty lunch, "Petit Aoi Mabushi," but when I arrived at the reserved time, the food wasn't served until 30 minutes later...maybe they're short-staffed? The baths are on a rotation system. Last time I went to Kannon no Yu, which seemed a bit cramped, but this time I was able to relax in Kukai no Yu. There's also a kids' space in the lobby, which was great for waiting with small children.
