There's a free foot bath. Perhaps because it's a new facility, the entire building is clean. Towels are also sold at the shop, which also offers souvenirs and snacks. There's a park-like walking path that takes advantage of the slope. There are some sculpture-like objects. It's a photogenic spot. There's parking and restrooms. It's a step up from the main road, so I made sure not to miss it. I stopped by on my way back from the metasequoia avenue and Shirahige Shrine. It was a holiday afternoon in September. There was only one other customer there, so it was pretty empty. It's a hidden gem, a beautiful and relaxing spot.

The tourist Center there is a great place to buy souvenirs. The staff was very helpful to give me directions to a rice field I want to visit too. You can also rent day bicycles there. There’s a public foot bath outside the Center too. A must visit if you are in the area

Nice greens and wide open space. Not many facilities inside the park, but a free foot bath is available, which is good.

I saw some hot spring girls, but it seemed like they only had coasters? Foot bath is free.
