I visited in mid-October 2024. Mikuniichi-no-yu and Kogane-no-yu are located along a walkway and don't offer much of a view, so they're not really suitable for long soaks. However, Senki-no-yu and Yakushi-no-yu offered spectacular views and were absolutely wonderful.
During the Obon holiday, my wish finally came true and I was able to enjoy both the open-air bath and the indoor bath. The location and the temperature of the water were perfect! It was empty in the morning, so I had it all to myself! Thank you to the kind staff!
