竜っちゃん乃湯

It was a very nice inn. They accommodated our schedule as much as possible, so we were able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. We checked in early, so we had the bath to ourselves before dinner. The temperature was just right for me, but my wife thought it was a little hot. I was very satisfied with the food. Dinner included sashimi, tempura, a bite-sized steak, and either soba or udon noodles. Breakfast also came with plenty of side dishes, so we ended up having seconds. The Wi-Fi was great in the lobby and dining area on the first floor, but the speed slowed down in our room. The toilet and sink were not in the room, but in the hallway, but we didn't find it inconvenient. Our room offered a beautiful view of nature. We were also able to enjoy a beautiful starry sky from the balcony. There were a lot of clouds, so it wasn't exactly a "starry sky," though... The next day, the staff recommended several tourist spots, making for a very fulfilling trip. Local recommendations are always a good idea. The baths were great, the food was great, and the service from the staff was excellent, so it was a great value trip. It seems to get very busy during the carp streamer and autumn foliage seasons. We had the whole place to ourselves, so it was a very luxurious experience.
I ate here while camping. Tempura soba, curry spring rolls, and ginger pork. I had high hopes for the soba, but was surprised that it was far from what the reviews had said. Is it really handmade soba? For a moment I thought it was dried noodles. Maybe it had a lot of wheat flour? The soba soup was also thin, and the taste was a bit off. The tempura was delicious. Everything else was average.
I had always wanted to come here, and finally managed to visit on a weekday Monday. The open-air bath and sauna alternate daily. I wanted to use the sauna, but on this day I was in the open-air bath. The water is a simple hot spring, colorless and transparent, and not slippery. It was quiet and empty, so I was able to relax and enjoy the hot spring. I had the recommended lunch.
I stopped by for a day trip to the baths. The 26th was Bath Day, so there was a discount. ♨️ Please note that the sauna and open-air baths are switched daily for men and women. There are indoor and outdoor baths, and about eight washing areas. The lockers in the changing rooms are small, so backpacks won't fit. 💦
It has a simple indoor bath and sauna. We went on a weekday, so it was all to ourselves. The open-air bath is spacious, and you can feel the blue sky all around you. It's a sense of openness that you can't get in the city.
