Went multiple times over the course if a month. Its a super smooth ride. On the key of your shoes locker is a badge that you use for entry and all payments of additional services inside, from a scrubdown to milk or something from the restaurant inside... which also offers great food. Kids are free until they are in school (6 years before march) They have shuttle buses to 4 different train stations that go every hour for free. Inside bath selection is also sufficient with 6 different put door baths and 6 indoor. Additional there are 3 cold baths for the 2 saunas of which one is a chilling 8c... Plenty of washing spots and all.. even if its busy you can do and go where you want. Perfect place to wind down and get a real super sento experience
Great facilities and value for money. Highly recommended to buy ticket to the stone spa area. Fantastic Korean style 80 degrees sauna room and space to relax with couches, reclining chairs, comic books and more. The only negative thing to mention was this one older lady working at the reception (2023/5/12 at 15:00) was rude. Not everyone is a fluent Japanese speaker and when I asked her about the towel, she rudely told me to go back to the machine to buy another ticket. The towel I wanted was actually already included in the stone spa pack (yukata and one towel). All other staffs are great. Free shuttle service is fantastic too.
While it was busy on a Sunday afternoon, the overall experience was above my expectations. Wide range of baths, sauna, and cold plunges. My favorite is the 8.5 C super cold bath. The relaxation lounge is beautiful and relaxing. Has a proper Korean-style sauna (80 C). The restaurant served good food. Finally, there is a free shuttle back to Hachioji station at the end to cap the trip.
Recommend if you want to enjoy the local close by onsen. I like the lay down style resting spot outside. You can feel the warm water and you can see the blue sky at the same time. I also like the salt massage by your self sauna 🧖♀️ You can enjoy here whole day with onsen or eating at restaurants or resting area or even you can enjoy massages.
Good and relax place . But if the control of entry number people will be better because some period will have too much people inside and difficult to have enough space for hot spring or steam room! However still highly recommended and the price also reasonable!

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
