I regularly use this day spa, and I'm very satisfied with the facility itself. I think it's a high-quality facility overall, including the quality of the sauna and hot water, cleanliness, customer service, food, and even the etiquette of the customer base. With that in mind, I'd like to offer my honest opinion about the recent "election discount" campaign. I think the initiative to encourage participation in the election is admirable, and I commend the strict proof checks in terms of fairness. I voted early and even had a photo taken of myself and my voting ticket (with my name on it) in front of the polling station. However, because the photo wasn't taken in front of a sign, I was told that it didn't qualify for the discount. Since that's the rule, I have no complaints about it. The problem is the timing of the announcement. The campaign period is from January 28th to February 28th, but the announcement on the official LINE account was made on February 7th. I had already voted early before the announcement. If the campaign is going to start on January 28th, shouldn't the conditions have been announced earlier? To be honest, I didn't think it was fair that we only found out about the conditions after the fact. Even if the announcement had been made on the website first, if LINE is used as the main means of announcements, I think it should have been sent out at the same time or beforehand. It's such a good initiative, so I felt it was a shame that the announcement was so poorly designed. In the future, I hope that more information will be given before the start of the campaign.

While other hot springs and public baths don't accept cashless payments, this is the only one that does, accepting electronic money and credit cards (JCB not accepted). That alone deserves a 5-star rating! The signal is weak in the mountains, so you might need to connect to Wi-Fi to make electronic payments. Incidentally, the hot spring water is sodium-based and has a salty taste. It's a bit of a hassle having to go down about 30 steps to get to the open-air bath. I didn't use the sauna, but it seems to be popular. On days when there are sauna events, there's a line to get in. There are plenty of resting areas, including places to take a nap, relax, and eat. It's great that you can pay cashless for meals! The food prices are average, neither expensive nor cheap. The taste is good, and the menu is extensive, but because it's so popular, it gets very crowded on weekend nights, sometimes with a 30-minute wait.

Hot Springs 4 The steam sauna in particular has a mugwort scent, making it a relaxing experience. It's smaller than a regular sauna, but the smaller capacity makes it a good choice. Interior 4 The ceilings are high, and there are sofas where you can sleep. The food is delicious. There are also multiple payment methods, which is great. Cleanliness 1 As I headed to the rest room in the back, I noticed a ton of stink bugs clinging to the curtains and walls. They were also clinging to the ceiling of the rest room. I suppose some is unavoidable, considering it's in the mountains, but the number was clearly unusually high, so perhaps the windows were open? Level The store should increase the frequency of cleaning and inspections.

We went as a family. We had children with us, so we were glad to have lockers close to the baths. The kids seemed to enjoy the cold water overflowing from the various baths and cold water baths. The stairs to the open-air bath are cold, but it was snowing just as we got into the tub, which was lovely. We also had dinner in the restaurant. There were plenty of dishes that kids could eat, which was helpful. The sauced pork cutlet bowl was delicious. It was nice that parents could sit and watch their children in the kids' corner.

I've been here a few times, but this time I only came for the hot springs due to time constraints. The open-air bath is a bit of a distance away, located at the bottom of a long staircase. The anticipation of getting there is exciting. When you arrive, the spacious and open open-air bath lifts your spirits. In winter, it's quite cold getting there, but it's such a wonderful open-air bath that you'll want to stay in it forever, so I highly recommend going without being deterred by the cold. Also, the forest sauna was great.
