しおはまの湯 四国健康村

There were so many events, I enjoyed myself all day. The second floor has a fairly large break area at the back, a hidden gem. Even though it was a three-day weekend, the first-floor break area was full, but the second floor was about 70% full, so I was able to relax and unwind. It seems they recently opened a coworking space, so I was able to catch up on some backlogged work. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, but when I asked the staff, they told me that there had been some errors recently and that it was temporary. They also provided a separate private room for online meetings, which was very helpful. For lunch, I had udon noodles at a nearby restaurant, but for dinner, I always ate at the restaurant on the second floor. The chicken croquettes were especially delicious, and I returned during the three-day weekend. When I shared my impressions with the staff, they told me that they developed it in collaboration with a partner factory, and that it's a dish they're very proud of. I can see why it's so high-quality. I'd definitely like to return when I have some free time at work. Being able to take a bath in between work is great.
This is a must-visit facility for sauna lovers when you visit Utazu. The recently renovated sauna room is very clean, and the auto-loyly creates a perfect heat. The temperature difference with the cold bath is just right, and from the open-air bathing area you can feel the breeze from the Setouchi Ohashi Bridge and get in the perfect state of "totono". There are a wide variety of baths to choose from, and the seawater bath, aptly named "Shiohama no Yu," will warm you from the inside out. We recommend timing your visit to coincide with the Aufguss event!
My second time at Shikoku Health Village! The sauna, where the staff chat while you do the loyly, and the wide variety of hot springs are great. Magokoro Shokudo on the second floor has a variety of limited-time menu items, so no matter how many times I go, it's always fun to choose from the menu! Everything was delicious, but my personal favorites were the salad udon and the bone-in chicken croquette. 🍗
A comfortable public bathhouse with indoor and outdoor hot springs, sauna, restaurant and places to rest. You can stay here with 900 yen for three hours (extended to six hours during a campaign). Good place to relax during travels.
Nice baths, but a bit expensive and the timer of the showers isn't long enough (some last only 3 seconds)
