新太郎の湯(夏油温泉観光ホテル 渓流露天風呂)

◆Shintaro no Yu [Water Temperature] Source: 45.3°C [Water Quality] Calcium-sodium sulfate spring (hypotonic, neutral, high-temperature spring) [Suitable for] Arteriosclerosis, cuts, burns, chronic skin conditions *Reservations are required for the mountain stream open-air bath. Reservations may not be available during peak seasons or certain times of the day. *Day-use bathers are charged an additional ¥300 on top of the standard ¥700 admission fee. (It appears to be available for private use in 30-minute increments.) ♨From the first floor of the hotel to the open-air bath along the mountain stream, you have to descend a fairly long staircase on a private outdoor walkway, which can be a bit challenging due to the elevation difference. Even on a warm November day, the water at Yune was just the right temperature, allowing you to relax in the bath while admiring the autumn leaves along the stream. It's a truly relaxing hot spring. The water springs directly from the source, directly from the source. There wasn't much hot water, but it was fresh. It's great that you can rent it out exclusively, so even couples or women can enjoy the open feeling without any worries.
Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
