I wanted to go over New Year's, so I called to inquire. The person in charge told me that reservations could be made on their website starting October 1st. However, the website hadn't been updated on October 1st. When I called again, they said the website hadn't been updated yet and that reservations could be made over the phone. I contacted them again to discuss the date, phone number, and menu, and they said they had accepted my reservation. I felt relieved. However, when I contacted them six days later to ask about the meal, they said they hadn't accepted such reservations. They didn't have your name on it. It could only be made through their website. (I checked the day before, but it hadn't been updated.) They don't even train their employees to accept reservations over the phone. I was shocked and shocked. When I asked if they could look into it, they didn't look into it at all and didn't give me an immediate response. They were intimidating, used inhumane language, and didn't even apologize. They asked, "Did you understand?" Is this okay? What's going on? I didn't know there were places that treated me like this. It's awful. P.S. The day after I posted this, I received a call at 7 a.m., despite a comment saying they hoped this wouldn't happen again. My family was surprised by the call at such an unreasonable time. After being told that, I didn't feel like answering the phone. I regret not giving my phone number when I made the reservation.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved this hotel, and my mom said she definitely plans to visit again with the family for several more nights. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a stunning bay view. The outdoor hot spring pool was in a fantastic location; the outdoor sofa, which had been covered up due to the rain, was immediately unwrapped for us the next day after the sun came out. The underfloor heating was incredibly comfortable, the wooden floors were beautiful, and the bathroom floor tiles provided excellent grip, so there was no need to worry about slipping. The interior lighting and fixtures were very thoughtfully designed, and the bedside outlets were excellent—there were many different types of outlets so you didn't have to worry about finding a place to charge your devices. Amenities, towels, and clothing for the outdoor hot spring were all provided, so you could use the hot spring as many times as you wanted without any worries. The welcome fruit, drinks, ice cream, and breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious; I highly recommend you don't miss them!
I was searching for a villa in the Miyazu area and finally found this one! Our room had its own pool, so we were able to enjoy the ocean view and spend the whole day there. 👏🏻 There's also a shallow pool for kids, so even small children can play safely. ✨ What I was really looking forward to was the private sauna in every room! 🧖 We got to relax while enjoying the amazing view and delicious meat. It was the ultimate luxury trip. 🥺 It seems there are rooms with open-air baths, so I'd like to stay in one of those in the winter! Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service! I'll definitely be staying here again. 😌
We visited with our children during the summer holidays. There's a private pool, hot springs, and sauna, and the views are great. The rooms and service were both impeccable. Perhaps because it's by the sea, there were no bugs, even in the summer, and we had a memorable time as a family. We ate our fill of excellent yakiniku, and the breakfast was also delicious. We borrowed snorkels and swam in the nearby ocean, and it was fun because there were lots of fish and crabs just off the shore. It was such a lovely inn that we almost didn't want to check out.
The room was very clean, and the floor heating was comfortable from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room. Even in March, we were able to use the hot spring pool, and the kids had a great time swimming all day. The natural radon hot spring was a comfortable brown color from the source, and it was spacious. The loyly sauna was also very comfortable. The crab dishes were delicious, and we were able to eat our fill, so we were very satisfied. We would like to come back in the summer.
