Shiosai no Yu Onsen

The bathing fee has been revised to 700 yen since April 2026. You can relax in the open-air bath while enjoying the view of Omura Bay. It was crowded because it was a Sunday, but although the hot spring water is recirculated and not free-flowing, it had a smooth texture and felt very pleasant.

It looks far from the main road, but it's a quick drive. It's clean, spacious, and has a hidden gem feel. In the evening, it seemed quite popular, probably with locals. We went there in a touristy mood and also visited the nearby peacock park.

I used it on a holiday at 8 PM. I had to rush through my bath in the last hour, but the 600 yen fee is cheap and it's clean. The only downside is that the shower stops working immediately, so you have to keep the button pressed down to rinse.

The panoramic view of Omura Bay was a great way to relieve stress. It's even better at night. The staff were also very kind and considerate. If only I could have a meal there, I'd have no complaints.
