We visited on Saturday, August 2024. It was a sunny, extremely hot day. The staff were incredibly considerate, and it was the most comfortable dog run I've ever experienced. It was my dog's first time in a pool, and they were very thorough in explaining what to do. We were first told that guests should use the artificial turf run carefully and that they should clean up any waste. Cleaning water and a brush for cleaning up poop were conveniently located, making it very easy to use. This facility is attached to a hot spring. As such, the pool also has hot spring water. That's why it appears to have a slight color. (Please note that white dogs may have their fur stained.) Even though it's a hot spring, the water temperature is quite cold because it's mixed with the water. After our dog's hot spring bath, his fur became fluffy. The well water was constantly running, which gave it a very clean feel. They were constantly watering the artificial turf because it was too hot for the dogs, misting the air because it was too hot for people to ride on, handing out fans, and calling out to people to soak up the water. Their consideration was truly amazing. Finally, I borrowed a hair dryer from the grooming room on the premises. Both were commercial-grade, so even though my dog has long hair, they were able to dry him almost completely in 30 minutes. You can also shampoo your dog in this room, so from now on, I'll let him play in the pool before shampooing, then give him a thorough wash and dry him before leaving. It was very convenient. It was 660 yen for 30 minutes. An extension of 15 minutes is 330 yen. I'll definitely visit again.

It's a great place. I use it all the time. The staff are friendly. It's just the right size for watching over medium-sized dogs and smaller. The pool is open year-round, so it's perfect for keeping them active. It's constantly evolving, and it's fun to see the changes every month and every year. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a slightly larger dog (medium or larger) to debut at the dog run. It's too small, and the density is too high for the space. There are also no trainers or caregivers on hand. Something that's bothering me lately is that they allow dog ice cream and goat milk to be fed in the dog run. Most dog runs prohibit feeding treats or bringing them in at all, but that's not the case here. I think the customers think that since there are only small dogs, there won't be any problems, but I think it's completely unacceptable at a dog run for all breeds. I hear that all the dogs who come here are kind, but no matter how kind they are, they're still dogs. You never know what might happen. It also seems that many people choose this as their dog run debut. Furthermore, I hope that the number of pet owners with poor risk management skills who mistakenly believe that they can feed their pets inside the dog run will not increase. This is an unthinkable behavior at other dog runs. I have deducted one star due to the management's poor risk management.

It was my first time using the facility and I was very satisfied! I called to check if they were open before Obon, but the call was answered at the time. However, they made the effort to call me back. The staff were all very kind, and my husband and daughter were smitten with the cuteness of the mascot dog, a Pomeranian. The artificial turf was completely odorless and clean, and my dog, who loves the crunchiness of the grass, had so much fun running around and rubbing against it lol. The pool, which is a mix of hot spring water and groundwater, was very cool and looked very refreshing! There aren't many places where you can have fun to your heart's content in the summer, so I'd like to visit again soon!

We went to play in 35℃ weather. There was a sunshade, and mist was spraying from it, making it cool and comfortable to play. They kindly explained how to use everything, so we were able to play with peace of mind. I thought the initial price was high, but since it includes a pool, I think it will be a good deal for future visits. (I think I'll buy a multi-visit pass next time.) The parking lot is also spacious and easy to park in. The address didn't show up on my car's navigation system, but I arrived by aiming for Minuma Natural Hot Springs. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much.

The staff are also wonderful! We went to other dog runs, but we finally settled on this one! He's become good friends with the regulars and always seems to enjoy playing with them whenever we meet. We've been taking care of him here since he made his debut at the dog run, and he's grown into a beloved dog who doesn't look embarrassed at any other dog run! There's even a hot spring pool, and he'll be one year old this month, but he's already mastered swimming! The regulars are all so kind and we're grateful! If you're looking for your dog run debut, we highly recommend this place!
