Spa IZUMI

I enjoyed my Izumi experience here as staff were kind. However, there are a few things that could be better. 1. A cotton sheet under guests vs a towel. The friction of the towel caused carpet burn on my chest. 2. I don’t like that they offer upgrades to the treatment during the treatment. 3. The price is too high vs the quality of treatment. It was just a regular massage and extremely basic facial unless you upgraded during the treatment. 4. My skin was more dry after the treatment than before.

I got the one called Swedish Massage Treatment. They also gave you an option, if you would like to use the onsen before the massage. It was so good, the masseuse was so kind and the massage was 10/10. They all treated me gently, too. Would definitely recommend to people who want to relax and those who want to experience what an onsen is like

A wonderful, quiet and beautiful hotel. Only its price is flawed. One of the wonderful hotels. It has onsen. Also, from four in the afternoon until seven in the evening, free drinks. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and the services are excellent.

The bath was spacious enough for relaxation. I visited on a day trip and was given a drink. I had a few questions and requests, and they were happy to accommodate, which I was very impressed with. I'd like to visit again soon.
