Taiko no yu

It's generally empty, and sometimes the open-air bath and sauna are private, so it's very relaxing. The changing room is quite spacious. There are two-tiered lockers, one above the other, and they cost 100 yen to return. There's a partition between the washing areas. The cold water bath is heated to about 17 degrees. The high-temperature sauna has three tiers, a TV, and no loyly, at around 80 degrees, which is just the right temperature for your preference. The huge cypress bath in the center of the indoor bath is nice. The open-air bath is heated, so you can relax in it. There are three chairs and two loungers in the open-air bath. You can see the wide open sky and feel a great sense of openness. I didn't try the bedrock bath. There are plenty of manga to read, and the relaxation areas range from a kids' room to a place to lie down and reclining sofas. There's a wide variety of food options on the menu. It's easily accessible from the national highway, so it's easy to get to. I'd like to use it again.

Another inaka onsen with the “no tattoo” rule. In this day and age with more and more foreigners visiting they need to have a more lenient approach. Also I had already entered and paid. There was no sign in English saying anything about “no tattoos”. It’s embarrassing being pulled up inside and told to leave. I’d give this place a zero rating if I could. It’s blatant discrimination.

It was really good. There was a space to read manga and a restaurant, so it was well-equipped. I was happy that the sauna temperature was higher than the temperature displayed on the door. Payment by electronic money or credit card is accepted. 100 yen discount if you are a LINE friend.

Very nice onsen in Mikasa-Iwamizawa area. This spa faces to R12 road, and the parking lot is enough large. The hot spring is amazing. My skin get better condition every time I go there. Also, restaurant is good.

It is a gender split Sea salt natural hot springs. Self purchase of tickets using machines. Reasonable price, clean, nice winter scenery at the outdoor pool. There is a restaurant at the common place.
