Taishi Hot Spring

Apparently, men and women alternate in the middle of the month, but I bathed in the bathroom at the front. 1. Despite the presence of a motorcycle shrine, the helmet storage area was just a shelf with no lock. 2. The bathroom lockers were only small, with four rows of shelves. Even if you came by car, in winter, it was too big for a jacket. 3. Some people said the water temperature was mild, but even in February, it was just right, even a little too hot. 4. The hot spring water was quite thin. I wonder how long it took for the thick rocks at the indoor bath's outlet to turn into hot spring deposits? 5. The biggest mystery: the water level in the open-air reclining bath?/sitting bath? was low. When I got in, my lower body was barely able to fit in. My son was practically poking out of the water, lol. The water was gushing like a fountain, so the surface was rippling and my son was splashing around. The water level was about 20 cm below the edge of the tub, so I'd imagine it would normally be higher. ⑥ For some reason, cold air drifts from under the floor in the sauna. ⑦ The bathroom entrance has a large step, and the floor is made of untreated stainless steel, which increases the risk of slipping. They should at least use some kind of treated stainless steel. ⑧ You have to put 100 yen into the shoebox and bathroom lockers before you leave. I didn't have any change for the locker, so when I asked for change for the locker, they said, "Oh, you don't have any?" and exchanged it all. The bathing fee is 1,000 yen, so if you don't have any change, you can't enter without it... Overall Review They advertise it as a Showa-era facility, but the facility itself feels like it's been around since the Showa era and the early Heisei era, with no significant evolution or renovation. Perhaps because it's run by an advertising company, the entire place is cluttered with tanuki and other characters. The motorcycle shrine and the graffiti on the exterior walls make it seem less than ideal for a hot spring facility. Given the age of the facility overall, the variety of baths, and other factors, 1,000 yen seems a bit high. If I were coming from Osaka, I'd probably go to Nobuha no Yu.

Taishi Onsen, Taishi Town, Osaka ♨️ The parking lot is spacious and easily accessible, just as the reviews say – popular with motorcyclists! The interior has a nostalgic atmosphere, allowing for a calm and relaxing stay 🙃 The open-air bath has large rocks scattered around, creating a sense of openness surrounded by nature ♨️. The water has a "slippery" feel on the skin, leaving it smooth and silky – just as the reviews said 👏✨ The 100% natural hot spring water was truly exceptional! However, the sauna was a bit disappointing, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it 😭 I think it's best to come here specifically for the hot springs. After your bath, you can enjoy a light meal at the restaurant inside the facility, making for a relaxing time until the very end! I would definitely like to visit this hot spring again to soothe my fatigue ♨️

We came here as a family just to use the bath. The old-fashioned atmosphere was wonderful. Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Changing room: Hair dryer, tissues, and cotton swabs are available. Lockers with locks are available (100 yen deposit, refundable). There was a room at the back of the bath area with manga comics and a place to relax and lie down. Other: Restaurants available, free parking. There's a motorcycle shrine next door; we saw some motorcyclists visiting Osaka bathing and eating there. It's a great place to easily get into a travel mood; highly recommended.

A hot spring on the border between Osaka and Nara prefectures. It also has a Motorcycle Shrine on site. The water is simple hot spring water. But with a pH of 8.0, it's known as beauty water. There's one indoor bath, a sauna, and a cold bath. There's an open-air bath and a sort of reclining bath. The sauna is labeled "Showa-era sauna," but it's just a regular sauna. If they were playing enka, it would definitely be a Showa-era sauna... There are also areas within the facility where you can lie down and take a nap, and WiFi is available, so it's perfect for a rider to rest.

A place associated with Prince Shotoku The 100% natural hot spring water feels amazing!! The open-air bath with a snowy view is amazing♨️ The outdoor air from the sauna is also refreshingly cool!! The sauna specializes in a tasting comparison of kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) and tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg on top), so I tried it.🍚🐣✨ The service was also courteous, and it was a great hot spring facility♨️
