The hawk was using the water to soothe its injured leg... Such is the legend of the source of Matsunoyama Onsen's hot springs. Causely looking at the river where the source tower stands, I noticed the hot spring water flowing freely from the source. The water repels the river, creating a line through the river where the hot spring water flows. Looking downstream along this line, I spotted a depression in the river. Maybe, just maybe! I immediately walked through the river to the depression. And there... It wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either... The temperature was just right. It was heavily diluted with river water, but it was definitely a hot spring. Even 10% juice is still orange juice, so even if it's diluted and diluted, it's still a hot spring. Wow, I took a dip in the River's Depression Bath (tentative name). It feels so good in so many ways.
