The building is old. There isn't really a designated rest area. There are just a few chairs... but!! The hot springs... They make your skin incredibly smooth and feel amazing!! I've been to many local hot springs, but this one has by far the best water!! My colleagues at work also agree that this is the best!! When I tell them I went to Takasuso on my day off, they all say, "That's great!" It's become a loop where someone always goes there on a company holiday. The water is by far the best, so I give it a perfect five stars!! If you don't mind the age of the building, I think it's a good choice!!

It's a hot spring ♨! I highly recommend it. It's great for those who like hot water 😄 The water is smooth and slippery, making it very pleasant to soak in. You'll feel warm and cozy even after getting out of the bath 😀. Plus, it's super cheap! 😆👍 150 yen for elementary school students, 60 yen for toddlers 🤣🕺 That's right 😀 Adults are 570 yen.

It wasn't as slippery and smooth as some reviews had said. It felt like normal water. It's not bad, but I was a little disappointed having read the reviews before going. It's good that there are two tubs, one hot and one lukewarm. It's a bath for locals. I don't think it's worth going from far away.

Natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source The open-air bath offers a great view of the Sea of Japan. My body feels wonderfully warm. I want to come again.

I went there by bus when I was on a two-month business trip to Fukui City. The sea and the cityscape were a side of Japan I had never seen before.
