Takekura Onsen Minakuchi

The changing room only has laundry baskets. ■Hot Spring/Price Simple Iron Spring / 700 yen ・Water Temperature: 14.4°C ・Flow Rate: Unknown ・pH: 7.1 This hot spring is rich in iron. As a result, the water is brownish-brown and so murky that you can barely see your skin when bathing. The bath feels cramped for three people. The scent reminded me of seawater, with not much of an iron scent. The texture is mild. Temperature was around 40°C. The water at the outlet was sometimes hot and sometimes lukewarm, so although it was heated, the temperature may not be consistent. The water is warm, so your body heat won't escape even after you get out. The water is a comfortable temperature, so you'll lose track of time as you soak. It's a little far from the station, but it's also worth walking.

This hot spring has even been featured on the cover of a hot spring magazine. It's not in a hot spring town, but rather a solitary facility in the middle of Mishima City. Apparently, there used to be as many as three here... It feels like a home away from home. It has a run-down hot spring feel... After several attempts to call out to the empty reception, an older woman finally appears and I pay 700 yen. The bright yellow water. It reminds me of Arima Onsen. It seems to be a sulfur spring, but there was no particular smell. The temperature was just right... I took a long soak... From the glass-walled bath, I could see the road and houses through the cloudy glass... This is a hot spring where you shouldn't expect atmosphere. The yellow Kerorin bathtubs evoke nostalgia once again... As I warmed up, the hot spring's effects took hold and I couldn't stop sweating. Thanks to this, all the fatigue of everyday life was washed away, and I felt refreshed again today. On my way back, the reception was empty, and I left the facility without anyone seeing me off. Maybe the casual atmosphere is its appeal? Lol Thanks to this, I felt refreshed again today!

Conpact and reasonable, as well as great quality hot spring! Great view with rice fields and mountains in day time from a bathtub. Price: Adult 500 yen, Child 250 yen. For men the size of the bathtub is for around four to six people, and the place to wash your body is for three people. I believe the same numbers for women. Equipped with free rince in shampoo and body soap. So just bring your towel and entrance fee. Small lockers with key for free are located between the reception and the baths. The dressing room adjacent to the bathtub room has no coin locker with key, so leave your valuable items in your car or in the small locker with key. Used to be a Japanese traditional hotel, ryokan, so you would enjoy nostalgic atmosphere when you step into the building. Enjoy real onsen with isolated/ hidden gem feeling!

I'm a big fan of Ichi Onsen, and I've been going there a lot recently. It's a hot spring in the heart of Showa-era retro, and while it's undeniably old overall, the water quality is excellent. The brown bath has no odor and is just the right temperature. My feet, cold in the middle of winter, stay warm until the next day. The tub is small, and the walls are tiled in a very Showa-era style, but it somehow reminds me of the baths I used to take in my grandmother's house as a child, and it warms my heart. It's compact and easy to use. There are no notable tourist facilities nearby, and it's far from the station, so it's not in a great location, but to me it's a wonderful bathhouse. Thank you so much for keeping it going for so long. I plan to continue visiting regularly.

I came here late at night for the last entry at 7:30pm and although o was worried about my tattoos the kind old man seemed not to care (I also only have a few small ones) but also I had the bath all to myself. It was super peaceful amd relaxing but I can imagine that coming in the early morning when you can see the rice patties would be much more beautiful but listening to the water and insects outside was great. I walked to a really good local sushi spot afterwards that I would also recommend checking out that I'd open late.
