It's reminiscent of a large town bathhouse. The spring water is calcium-sodium chloride, with a pH of 8.0 and 17,000 mg of dissolved substances, resulting in a rich bath. The high pH makes the water almost alkaline, creating a smooth, beautifying bath. Furthermore, the chloride spring creates a film of moisture for added moisture. Because the spring water is rich, those with sensitive skin should rinse off with a light bath before getting out. The spacious indoor bath, two outdoor baths, a heated, two-tiered sauna, and a cold bath for one or two people were quite crowded. I visited around noon on a Sunday, and it was very crowded, with the washing area, sauna, and cold bath all a bit chaotic. For 700 yen, this bath is excellent. If you choose a less crowded time, you won't have any problems. Parking is free, so it's a relief. The outdoor bathing area has a limited number of chairs, which can be a bit of a challenge. It would have been nice if the sauna temperature had been a little higher, but it's a shame. For 700 yen, you can enjoy the rich spring water. It was a great bath.

I visited here on my way back from sightseeing in Tamba. I went there on a weekday before evening, and it seems to be frequented by locals, with a lot of elderly people. I'm not sure if it's the locals' sense of humor, but there was one person who kept making dirty jokes at a foreigner who happened to be there, which was a bit annoying. After handing over your shoe locker key and the ticket you bought from the ticket machine to the receptionist, you'll be given your locker key. Perhaps the receptionist made poor decisions, or it was just bad timing, but there were people above, below, and on either side of you using the lockers at the same time, so you had to wait a bit. The bath itself was neither good nor bad, but the locals who used it seemed to have poor manners, so I can't really recommend it.

I visited on the last day of a three-day weekend. Admission tickets cost 700 yen for adults (cash only). The system is that you receive a bathroom key in exchange for your shoe key. The washing areas are quite close together, and the sauna is small, only accommodating eight people. The sauna is low temperature (around 85°C) and dry, so you can stay in for a long time. This means that people tend to circulate around the sauna, and the cold bath is only big enough for one or two people. The turnover rate is not high. On the other hand, the open-air bath had a sense of openness, and I was able to relax there. Sauna lovers might not be satisfied, but bath lovers will love it! There is also an outside washing area, so be sure to look around.

I found this place while searching for a place to relax while I was out, and it was my first time using it. A little before dusk on a weekday... The overall impression was smaller than I expected, and the clean interior was comfortable. The changing rooms were a little small, and there were only a few showers, so it couldn't be denied that it felt cramped. It started to get really crowded just after 5pm, so I quickly changed and left... The cleaning man was more talkative than hands, and I was impressed by how he was constantly chatting with customers coming and going, both in the bath and the changing room. I'd like to come back and relax again.

The water is soft, and you can relax in the open-air bath while feeling the nature. There is also a sauna and cold bath, so you can enjoy it according to your mood. The rest area is spacious, so you can relax even after bathing. The prices are reasonable, and you can easily drop in if you bring a towel. It is a hot spring that is just right for stopping by between drives or sightseeing, and will help you relieve the fatigue of everyday life.
