It's a natural hot spring bath with continuously flowing water for 300 yen. There's only an indoor bath, but the water quality is excellent. The downside is that there's no shampoo and no hair dryer. So, you should at least bring a towel to dry your hair.
In early February, I came here hoping to escape the deep snow in northern Shinano and head somewhere with relatively mild weather (i.e. no snow). I was soothed by the charming atmosphere of this small, hidden hot spring.
