天然温泉 和泉

This is a gender separated, tattoo friendly onsen. Adults pay 1250 yen. There is 1 indoor pool (very hot) and 2 outdoor pools. The pools can seat 4 adults in each comfortably. The lockers require 100 yen but you get it back when you put the key back in. There are no towels provided but you can rent them. They provide shampoo, body wash, and hair dryers. There is a lounge area with comfortable chairs. You can pay to use the massage chairs or foot massage machines. Recommended: bring your own towel, cash including a 100 yen coin, hair tie, hair conditioner, moisturiser, hair brush.

Very poor Onsen experience. There were only 2 outside baths, both stuck between a cliff and the wall of the building without any view. Very small. Quite disappointing luckily the following day we went to another one a little bit higher on the road with a large outdoor space (Yuryo), several baths under the trees and an amazing view on the forest of the mountain in front.

Very good experience, quiet and relaxing bath. We came around noon, only 2 persons were in the female bath. Tattoo friendly, very good price and foreigners friendly I recommend 100%🥰 Better if you can speak japanese, but the staff is very lovely and patient 🙏🌟 indications written in English inside the bath.

Great experience, with staff that are very friendly and patient to foreigners to explain how to go by the rules of the onsen. If you're in Hakone and need to rest, this is the place to hit the body's refresh button and get back to sightseeing

The woman at the reception said she doesn’t speak English and it seemed like she just didn’t want to let us in. We asked for a private Onsen and she said there isn’t one here, although there a sign outside offering a private onsen.
