The sauna is about 90 degrees, allowing for intense sweating, while the cold bath is around 18-19 degrees, allowing for a pleasant cooling down. With a variety of saunas, including cool saunas, low-temperature saunas, and salt saunas, you can enjoy a variety of different baths to suit your mood. There are also open-air baths, tub baths, and walking baths, as well as a wide variety of baths. The rest area offers tatami rooms, a restaurant, massages, and a souvenir corner. Its proximity to the airport makes it the perfect place to relax after a trip.

The open-air bath features a variety of seawater temperatures, as well as a pressure point bath, jet bath, and more. For the price, the performance is truly impressive. We recommend using the bath upon arrival at Nagasaki Airport before traveling out. There is a free parking lot nearby, but the Sun Spa parking lot next door also offers 6 hours of free access for hot spring guests. By the way, the baths were open throughout the New Year holidays.

This is a hypertonic chloride spring. It's a concentrated seawater spring with over 20 times the normal amount of hot spring ingredients. It penetrates the body through osmotic pressure, allowing the moisturizing ingredients to be absorbed. The average pH is 6.6, and the metasilicic acid content is 47.6mg, which is normal, but it feels a bit slimy, salty, and thirsty, but it retains heat well after bathing. The indoor bath is small, and it mainly features a sauna and jet bath, but there are plenty of open-air baths. I felt like I was finally able to relax. There are discount coupons from JAF and Nifty Onsen, which give you a discount of about 100 yen. There's a cold water dispenser in the open-air bath area, and shampoo and body soap are provided. Due to the high volume of visitors, there were often wait times for the jet baths.

This public bath is located near the entrance to Nagasaki Airport. Personally, I like the bath water a little hotter, so the hottest it was was around 41 degrees. The water was quite salty, but it felt good on the skin. The sauna was a nice, hot temperature, and the size was just right. There were two types of saunas: dry and salt, and the cold bath was 18 degrees, which is my favorite temperature. It's a place I'd like to go back to if I have the opportunity. I was glad that there weren't any rude people when I went.
