テラスゲート土岐

This hot spring is located right next to Toki Outlets. I was hesitant to stop by because there's a supermarket next door and a used car dealership right in front. When I looked it up online, I saw that it was the No. 1 hot spring in Gifu Prefecture, so I decided to give it a try. It's called Yorimichi Onsen. Wednesday was Senior Day, so the bathing fee was 650 yen, down from 850 yen. The bathtub was made with natural hot spring water and carbonated water, and was set at a slightly lower temperature. The indoor bath had a carbonated spring, a bubble bath, an electric bath, and a sauna. The open-air bath had a higher temperature carbonated spring, a tub bath, a free-flowing bath, a 120cm deep hot spring, and a salt sauna. There were also five bedrock baths available, all of which required an additional fee, but were thoroughly enjoyable.

I visited on October 12, 2024. Terrace Gate Toki is home to Moto Terrace Higashi Mino, the bakery "Tama 5150," and the soba restaurant "Kisui." The bakery has an eat-in area, and the freshly baked bread looks delicious. (By the way, it just opened on October 1, 2024.) Being in Tono, there's also a pottery shop, and their ceramic airplane chopstick rests are a real treat! I was surprised at how well they captured the distinctive features of the Boring 777 and 737, even though they're small! There were plenty of souvenirs, but they also had a large selection of local honey, so I ended up buying some and a Kei-chan Ena chicken. Since it was early in the morning, I was able to take my time looking around. If you're visiting Toki Premium Outlets, it's nearby, so it might be worth stopping by.

I used this while sleeping in my car. I was able to take a bath and relax in the car. It's also convenient that there's a supermarket and a coin laundry nearby. If you pay for the bath when you check in for your car camping stay, towel rentals are complimentary. A breakfast buffet is also available for an additional fee. It's a facility I'd like to use again.

Terrace Gate Toki is home to Yorimichi Onsen♨, Super Center Okuwa, Daiso, Machiyui souvenir shop, bakery, and accommodations. There are plenty of souvenirs from the Tono region, so you can take your time shopping. The hot springs were also very relaxing and wonderful. There is also plenty of parking, so it's easy to find a spot.

I stayed overnight in my car. It cost 2,500 yen. I was able to eat dinner in the warm dining room, charge my phone, throw away trash, and there was a clean, bright restroom. I was able to sleep safely in my car. There was also a hot spring center, a huge supermarket, and an outlet mall nearby, which was great.
