Facilities are excellent. Lots of indoor and outdoor baths, nice locker rooms, tons of vending machines, desks, work spaces, resting areas. Staff and service are absolutely amazing. The employees are so nice, welcoming, professional, and helpful, even when they don't speak much English (my fault, not theirs -- we're in Japan). Restaurant has food that's decent but not excellent. Still good for eating right at the onsen. The big downside is that on a weekend, this onsen -- both the bath area and the "resting" areas -- has the atmosphere and noise level of a daycare center. Constant screaming babies and toddlers, kids running everywhere, kids jumping into the water, kids blowing their noses in the bath, etc etc. Even after midnight. Lots of parents seem to let their kids roam unattended, and those kids act like... normal kids. Not the kids' fault, but the parents' and the facility's.

DONT COME ON THE LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH! apart from that - the facility is great and connected to the hotel! also close to the station! staff was super nice and the tablet had all the information I needed. They also seem to have upgraded their outlet problem which I think is a great plus. They had everything you might need on a trip. JUST BE CAREFUL not to come on the LAST monday of the month or else nothing will be open after midnight (apart from the hotel room). Seriously - I made that mistake. Dont do it. But all in all apart from some difficulties I would recommend it to some people. Thank you for your time.

They have different hot baths, inside & outside and sauna. A resting room (you could actually spend the night there). A mini theater. You could play pingpong. I remember there is also karaoke. There are restaurants, area for manga geeks, arcade, and kids area. A good place to spend a day by yourself or with your family. The receptionists on front desk and all the staff members are very kind, professional and helpful.👍

Knew another bathhouse with the same price but this place is try times worth it. Onsen and sauna have a wide variety and the rest areas fulfill all your wants like personal tv monitor, huge manga selection, pingpong, karaoke, pc area. etc. Spent the whole night and my only complaint is the the additional late night charge is same for my kids. Some staff are foreigners , perhaps they can speak English.

The facilities in hotel are very good, incredibly well-designed, and perfect for both solo travelers and families. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented, catering to all tastes. Whether dining alone or with family, every meal was a treat.
