Yagen Hot Spring

I had heard good things about the hot springs, and when I actually took a dip, it lived up to my reputation. The water was incredibly warm and instantly soothing. Even after bathing, my body felt warm from the inside out, and I felt the hot springs truly soothed my travel fatigue. The food was also excellent, especially dinner, which was served in my room, allowing me to enjoy each dish at my leisure. The tranquil atmosphere allowed me to savor each dish without worrying about the people around me. The landlady also came to my room and carefully explained each dish as she brought it to me. Hearing about the ingredients, cooking methods, and background of each dish made my meal even more enjoyable. Not only was the food delicious, but the inn's hospitality was also strong, and I was very satisfied with my entire stay. I highly recommend this place as a place to stay when visiting Osorezan, and personally, it was so memorable that it was my only choice. I felt it was a wonderful inn that offered everything: hot springs, food, and hospitality.

I visited on a Sunday morning, just after 9am. I was the only customer, and the proprietress greeted me, saying, "You have the place all to yourself!" 😊 The bath isn't large, but there are two washing areas. Shampoo and body soap are provided. Since I had the place to myself, I was able to relax and soak in the bath at my leisure. 😊 The water was quite hot, but it had a smooth texture and felt wonderful. ✨ When I left, the proprietress and others waved goodbye to me. 🥲

I had heard rumors about the hot springs, but they really did warm me up instantly. The food was also wonderful, and dinner was served in our room. The proprietress came to our room and explained each dish one by one. If you come to Mount Osore, I think this is the only place to stay.

The hot spring town is in a terrible state of decay. There's only one guesthouse still open. I don't think it's worth going out of your way to visit from far away.

I visited for a day trip to the hot springs. The proprietress was really nice. The hot springs were great.
