山形うわの温泉 天神乃湯

I visited around 3pm on a holiday. The parking lot is well-maintained and easy to park in. The fee is also very reasonable, with free admission for elementary school children and younger. There is also a kids' space where several children were playing. Perhaps because it was winter, there were coat hangers in front of the changing room. I went with a baby, but the crib was on top of the changing shelf, which was a little high and made it difficult to get changed. There is one indoor bath and two open-air baths. One of the open-air baths is made of rocks, and the other resembled a bathtub at home. I wish it were a little cleaner. There are plenty of washing areas, so you probably won't have to wait. They have a variety of items on sale, but many people ordered tamakon and apple juice. The tamakon were very reasonably priced at 100 yen for three skewers. I'd like to visit again.

Despite there being a new access road, I ended up passing it and instead walked along the community roads within the village, wondering if it was really in such a place, until I finally arrived. Once inside, the delicious aroma of tamakon (rice balls) stimulated my appetite. The open-air bath is lukewarm, so it's probably for people who like to soak for a long time. The parking lot is spacious, and the reasonable price of 450 yen is a good choice, so I recommend it for those who don't want to go all the way to Zao Onsen town.

It smelled a bit like disinfectant, so I wondered if it was a real hot spring, but it felt nice after boarding. It was cheap at 450 yen per adult. There was no body soap, just soap, so you'll need to bring your own. The water wasn't cloudy. There were two open-air baths, one large and spacious, while the other, Fuji no Yu, was a little small but the water was a little lukewarm, making it easy to soak in for a long time. The konnyaku balls, 100 yen, were delicious.

The indoor and outdoor baths are small. 450 yen Suitable for about six people. There are two separate outdoor baths. This one is large enough for two people. It's relatively close to Yamagata City, so it's easy to access, but the surrounding area of Yamagata City is 500 yen. There are plenty of day trips under 500 yen, but it's better to go a little further for cheaper, larger, and more satisfying ones. My recommendation is #1, "Yupia."

It was a lovely hot spring! The price was 450 yen. There was one indoor bath and two outdoor baths. The indoor bath had a strong chlorine smell. The tamago congee was delicious.
