The lobby has a new, clean feel. Day-trip visitors enter the building, purchase a bathing ticket from the ticket machine on the right, hand it over to the front desk, and proceed to the back right. Wow, they sell quite a variety of souvenirs! There are local products, and since the location is close to Tamba, there are also products made with Tamba chestnuts and black beans. Further walking past the shop leads to the large public bath. The bath area has eight faucets and shampoo, body soap, and other amenities. The indoor bath is a large public bath and hot spring tank, and there is an open-air bath outside. The hot spring pool is 100% natural, with no heating or dilution added. It's a little lukewarm in places, so I find myself staying in for a while. It's colorless and transparent, but the fizzy carbonation really sets it off. Even though I thought this temperature wouldn't warm me up, my body felt hot when I got out. The outdoor bath is set a little hotter as a garden bath. This means less carbonation, but it's still nice to have a hot spring surrounded by greenery. There's a terrace with three chairs where you can rest, and the breeze feels so nice when you sit and daydream. After my bath, There's a rest room with a TV, vending machines, and ice cream. I enjoyed the nice water.

The hot spring is a radium spring, and the water is smooth and warms you from the inside out, even after a short soak. The indoor baths are a small cold bath and a slightly larger bathtub. The outdoor bath is blocked by the garden, but it still feels open. The room has a relaxing Showa-era atmosphere, but there was a vague body odor, so I wish they'd provided Febreze or something. For dinner, I ordered the botan nabe course. The small miso-marinated cucumbers that came with the grilled eel were delicious, and I bought some from the souvenir corner to take home. The botan nabe is a miso-based dish with a slightly It felt like they were packing together wild boar meat with a strong fishy smell. People who are sensitive to smells might notice... Personally, I thought it would be good to try it once, but I'm more used to eating regular pork, and I thought it was a good value for the money. Breakfast came with a side dish set, and you grilled dried shishamo fish marinated in mirin on a small hot plate yourself, which was delicious. Rice, miso soup, bread, curry, etc. were served buffet-style, and you helped yourself to the food; there were no eggs. The "soybean and seaweed tsukudani" (simmered in soy sauce) and curry that came with the side dishes were delicious, so I bought some at the shop as souvenirs to take home.

Nose Onsen is located in a quiet place surrounded by mountains. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the clear air and wide sky, and felt as if our hearts were slowly relaxing. The hotel has a clean and calming atmosphere. The natural scenery visible from the large windows is truly luxurious. But what impressed us most was the food. Every dish was carefully prepared and tasted delicious, yet the prices were very reasonable. We couldn't help but exclaim, "This much for the price?" Warm up your body in the hot springs, and fill your stomach and your soul with delicious food. I used the hot springs for a day trip while camping. Although the facility is old, it was clean and I was able to relax in the hot springs. There were many guests staying overnight as well as day trippers, so it felt very lively. It's close to central Osaka and is in a great location for easy access, so I would definitely like to use it for an overnight stay.

I only used the hot springs. The water was absolutely perfect, not too hot and not too lukewarm. The temperature of the open-air bath was also perfect. 😃 I'd also like to stay overnight and try the food. Anyway, the hot springs were amazing! I'd like to come again. 😃 Thank you very much. 😊
