Yasuragi Onsen

I went to the baths on Saturday from 3pm, and almost everyone was reserving a spot, but there seemed to be quite a lot of people in the washing area! It seems you have to bring your own mat for the sauna. The temperature was just under 90 degrees, but did it feel hot to the touch? I thought the shower smelled a bit rusty, but what about you guys? The open-air bath offers a great view of Mt. Iwaki on clear days, but the temperature is a bit low, so it might be best in the summer (*^^*)

It's inconvenient that the TV in the room only receives Nippon Television (NTV) channels. It's inconvenient that there's no toilet in the private room. It's inconvenient that the shared toilet doesn't have a bidet. It's inconvenient that there's only one single-seater chair. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, and opening the large window gives you the feeling of an open-air bath. The hot spring water temperature can be adjusted, so you can set it to your preferred temperature.

2025.10.X This is a wonderful hot spring. There are indoor and outdoor baths with different temperatures, so you can enjoy a variety of things! There are lockers so you can store your valuables safely. However, although there are luggage racks in the changing room and bath area, there are a lot of old men reserving spots, which can be frustrating! There is a ticket machine for payment, but the cashless terminal was difficult to understand. Well, it's good that it's there.

It's a relaxing place, with a cold bath, an outdoor bath at 32 degrees (very warm), an outdoor bath at 38 degrees (lukewarm), a warm indoor bath, a heated indoor bath, and a sauna. It's great for bringing kids, as small children can enjoy the warmer areas. 😁 The dining area is also reasonably priced, so you can fill your stomach.

Even though it was my first time here, I felt like I was in the same place as Seseragi Onsen, as the reception and bath layout were almost identical. The water there was cloudy, but this one was clear. I'd also like to try the dining hall.
