I stayed at a hotel with breakfast and dinner, but the food was not tasty. There was no explanation before the meal, and I didn't even know if I could have white rice until I asked. At dinner, I ordered a Kaku Highball, but what arrived was an incredibly strong highball. When I ordered three glasses of water, they brought me a draft beer for some reason and offered a half-hearted apology. If they'd made a mistake, they should have just brought me water immediately, but instead they brought the Kaku Highball the person next to me had ordered. I also used the sauna, but the temperature was low. I was given a key at the front desk, but the fence with the lock was so low I thought it was a dog run, and I could only reach inside to unlock it. I don't think they expect me to be able to concentrate in the sauna or get myself in shape with that. I could hear the children making noise in the open-air bath, which made it difficult to concentrate. There were no toilets or sinks in the rooms; they were shared spaces. The toilet was fine, but I had to brush my teeth and wash my face in the shared space, and for some reason, there was no hot water. There was no explanation for this either. The locks on the guest rooms were terrible, meaning they could be forced open even if the room was locked. I was woken up in the morning by the sound of other guests walking down the hallway. The soundproofing was beyond mere. The entrance was also locked from midnight to 2:00 AM while the bathhouse staff cleaned. It was also locked until 5:00 AM. When I stayed there, I called and they told me to open the door at a certain time. Since you can't do sightseeing and come back late at night, I don't recommend this hotel for people who have already been to the sightseeing area. The smoking area was only outside the entrance, and as I mentioned earlier, it was locked, so you couldn't go in to smoke. They offered free drinks, but when I pressed the coffee button, I got something that tasted like barley tea. Overall, the service and customer service were terrible. The rooms were also outdated and inconvenient. The sauna was a disappointment. The customer service was particularly poor, so I'd like them to improve that first. I won't be going again.

I had been interested in this day-use sauna for a while, so I made a reservation for the first time via LINE. However, due to communication issues, I arrived early and didn't realize that my reservation had been double-booked. When I checked in, I found out that my reservation had been double-booked. Although my reservation was partially due to a lack of confirmation on my part, they said, "No changes or refunds are possible after prepayment!" They responded rudely without even listening to what I had to say, which was disappointing. My husband gave up and reluctantly paid for three people, even though it was only for two. Since it was prepaid, I could understand why I had to cancel on the day for personal reasons, but it would have been nice if they had offered a refund or some other option at the time of booking. We also used the sauna, but the temperature was low and it didn't warm us up at all. Even though it was a sauna, the temperature was below 70 degrees. The temperature kept dropping and I was on the verge of catching a cold. I wasn't sure if there was any way to contact the front desk, so I had to leave early. Despite being so excited about the sauna, I was disappointed with the reception's service and the sauna facilities. I don't think I'll ever use it again, but if they won't offer refunds in the future, I think it would be a good idea to just book by number of people and pay on the day. I was looking forward to visiting, so I was very disappointed with this kind of treatment.

I'm a woman in my 50s who enjoys solo hot spring activities (and the occasional soba noodle soup) in the Fukushima area. I value the quality of the spring water, the open-air bath, and the balance between price and service. Overall, I'd definitely return. I stayed on a weekday for 10,000 yen, including two meals. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded and I was able to really relax. There is an open-air bath. The water was thick and alkaline, and it felt thicker than the alkaline water at other facilities, which was very pleasant. They advertise 100% natural hot spring water, and the water in the bath was constantly overflowing, indicating that there is an abundance of hot spring water. The sauna was an additional charge. I'm not a fan of saunas, so I didn't use it, but they seem to put a lot of effort into their sauna service, so it would be a good option for sauna lovers. The meal was a little too much for me, but I could sense the chef's attention to detail and was very satisfying. The inn is a little old, but it's clean and has all the amenities you need. Being able to charge my smartphone was a big help. I was able to relax in a nice room with a Showa-era feel. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but it wasn't particularly unpleasant either. I don't think it's easy to find a place with such good hot spring water quality for 10,000 yen including two meals. I've often passed by this nearby hotel, so I regret not coming sooner.

I've been coming here since I was little, and up to now I've been coming here up to five times a week, and at least two or three times a week, bringing my children (ages 6 and 11, elementary school students). I'm sure the staff recognized my face and my children. Presenting a Famitan card for each child waives the 350 yen children's admission fee, which I thought was a good idea. However, forgetting it just once doesn't make it free. It's the policy, they said. That's disappointing. Maybe it's my fault for forgetting, but there's no city or prefecture rule that a Famitan card can suddenly disappear or become unusable, right? In the end, a male staff member asked my young 6-year-old son to bathe in the men's bath. "Other customers have asked me to do that too," he said. I replied, "I've never been told that before," but he replied, "It's the policy. Maybe they didn't notice my children were elementary school students until now." I understand that this is unacceptable if it is directed at my older son, who is 11 years old and looks big, but as the male staff member said earlier, my son is so small that he could be mistaken for a kindergartener, and even when standing in the hot spring water, it is up to his chest. Will they take responsibility if something happens? As usual, there was not even a single "Welcome" or "Thank you," and we left the room surrounded by the sounds of loud laughter from the staff. I'm finally at Koriyama Mihoda Onsen! This is a review from a sauna lover. I went on a weekday, and I was the only one there. It was amazing having the sauna all to myself!! The limit of four people is also a plus. You can do a self-louver, and aromatherapy is included. This time it was eucalyptus scented, which smelled amazing. The relaxation chair is an infinity chair, and it was the best I've ever used. After sitting down after my third set, I felt so relaxed I felt like I was in the womb (?). The sweetness just kept coming out. Hmm, if I had to pick up two things, they'd be: I'd like clocks in the indoor baths and shower areas. Since there's a time limit, I'd like a clock somewhere visible. There was one in the open-air bath, though. Also, although it said the cold bath temperature was set to around 14°C, it felt warm! I felt it was around 18°C, but I prefer it a little cooler. That said, even though I was the only one there, I enjoyed the self-louver and the indescribable comfort of the infinity chair!
