湯の鶴温泉保健センター ほたるの湯

I went to the bath on a weekday evening and it was private. The water is a natural hot spring, and it's a comfortable temperature, slightly slippery. The only downside is that they don't offer shampoos, but hair dryers are free, and for those from outside the city, it's only 250 yen, so it's easy on the wallet.
There are many different hot spring inns, which is nice. The parking lot at the adjacent Yunotsuru Onsen is spacious and equipped with Western-style toilets and even fly repellent spray, showing the efforts of Minamata City officials. The terraced rice fields could use a little more maintenance.
Adults: 250 yen. Lockers are available (100 yen deposit, refundable after use). There are 7 washing areas and showers. The water temperature is adjusted to a comfortable level.
I visited the hot spring for a day trip for ¥250. 😊 The hot spring was of good quality, not slippery, but smooth. 😊😊 …
It was a very relaxing hot spring. I would definitely like to go again if I have the chance.
