Yudokoro Kasai

Expansive spa with whirlpool baths, outdoor rotenburo tubs, massage services & a barbershop.
I use it often as it’s convenient and close to where I live. I mainly use the sauna, but I don’t like the sauna events and try to avoid them. It gets crowded and I feel uncomfortable being spoken to when I’m naked and trying to relax. I’ve heard other people mention that they also avoid the events, since it’s too awkward. I understand some people like it, but I personally wish there were less events. I used to love using the massage chair, but they recently removed them and I’m very sad. Using the massage chair after the sauna is one of my life happiness, but now I have to go to the nearby Ario mall to use the massage chair instead, which is inconvenient. I understand you want me to pay for your in house massage treatment instead, but I don’t feel comfortable to have someone touch me. It’s not about the price, I just don’t feel comfortable and prefer the chair. Please bring them back. I’d love to eat in the restaurant but there is no vegan or vegetarian food, so I can’t use it.
A bit far from the station, But overall a very nice onsen experience. This place gives out vintage bathhouse vibes which I find really relaxing somehow. Nothing fancy but really makes you feel so comfortable and cozy especially during cold rainy autumn or winter nights…. They also have restaurant inside the facility so you can actually spend a whole day here relaxing and recharging yourself. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway from busy Tokyo work life.
Very good place. Has food inside so as a lot of vending machines. The food is not hard to choose from because the many has photos and numbers and using the numbers you can choose from the machine. No tattoos allowed. This is the only bad point . Very spacious. Inside you can find several pools with different water temperatures, both indoor and outdoor. Ladies have a TV indoors.
This place has a mixed bag of reviews. However trying an Onsen for the first time in this place is not the worst, you get what you paid for, hot springs, that will relax your tired body I recommend coming during one of the weekdays from morning until mid afternoon. I think there will be a waiting line when people come back from work.
I wanted to try this place out, but messed up by not taking off my shoes in the entrance and was yelled at by a cranky old bitter nasty Japanese woman. I felt uncomfortable and just left. Not the facilities fault, and they tried to help me. Worst experience I have had in Japan. I guess it’s not all sunshine and roses.
